Family Guy Puke-a-Thon Turn Volume up to hear sound was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by randomofrandom sometime in 2008, and is 16 seconds in length.
The video begins with the "Ipecac Challenge" scene from the Family Guy episode "8 Simple Rules for Buying My Teenage Daughter", where Peter, Stewie, Brian, and Chris have an ipecac drinking contest. The audio in the clip has been muted, which would make an unsuspecting person turn up the volume to hear it, tricking them into a screamer.
As soon as Peter drinks the ipecac, the clip is interrupted by a picture of Regan MacNeil accompanied with a loud scream. The video was deleted by its original upload a couple of years after it was uploaded, but it has since resurfaced on YouTube by user The YouTube Archivist.
