The Paramount Home Video Feature Presentation logo made over 10,000 more times scarier! was a screamer video uploaded on October 16, 2009 by YouTube user Patch93 (Joshua Schaferhund). The video itself became his most watched video and has gotten 300,000 views as of 2014.

The video starts with the Viacom version of the Paramount Feature Presentation logo, which was used from May 17, 1989 until December 27, 2008, in Patch93's version of the G-Major effect, but as the "FEATURE PRESENTATION" text zooms in towards the screen, a purple, dark blue and maroon picture of a woman's creepy face pops up accompanied with the same scream sound effect used in the K-fee commercials, and the picture cuts to black after a few seconds. When the warning screen fades in, we hear a creepy sinister voice that whispers "K-fee..." two times while a heartbeat sound effect is heard before the warning screen fades to black, ending the video.

Although the video is now set to private as of 2017, along with Patch93's G-Major videos, multiple copies of the screamer can still be found on YouTube.
