As the name suggests, the video is based on the smash hit mobile game from 2013 called {{wikipedia|Flappy Bird}}. It should be noted that the original video is now age restricted, but can still be watched.

The 31-second long video begins with white text on a black background that reads "''FIJATE BIEN''" (''PAY ATTENTION'' in Spanish) followed by footage of the bird in the game falling to the ground. The viewer is then presented with more text saying "''LO VISTE? AHORA EN CAMARA LENTA''" (''YOU SAW IT? NOW IN SLOW MOTION'' in Spanish). Then, the same clip that was shown earlier is now in slow motion with an achromatic filter applied. However, after 19 seconds, a picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] from ''{{wikipedia|The Exorcist}}'' pops up with the same scream from [[The Maze]].

The video is based on a 2015 short called ''{{wikipedia|Frozen Fever}}'' which is also based on the 2013 blockbuster film ''[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frozen_(2013_film) Frozen]''.

Before the video starts, the viewer is presented with a black title card that says "'''FROZEN FEVER SCARY POP UP'''." Afterwards, a montage of 4 images from the short film are shown containing characters such as Anna and Elsa. Despite the innocent nature of the video, there is no music or sound which creates an eerie atmosphere. The 5th image, however, is of [[Katie Embry]] from ''{{wikipedia|The Ring}}'' while the 6th image is from [[What's Wrong?]]. '''Dolphin Swim 2.exe''' is a [[screamer]] game built with GameMaker lite 8.1 and it's only available for Windows. It's a sequel to [[Dolphin Swim.exe]] and, like its predecessor, some of the art resources are very low resolution because the person who made this was using Microsoft Paint with a trackpad to illustrate the graphics in the game.

When the application is launched, it starts off at the Main Menu, only presenting the play button and a blue background with corals decorating it. Clicking the play button will take you to the Level Selection screen where the player has the choice to play only 3 levels, each of them containing a different type of [[screamer]].

Like in the first game, the player controls a Dolphin (Now named "Plais" in the game files) with the left and right arrow keys. A chiptune song is played in the background. After about 7–8 seconds, the evil looking Dolphin known as Roki Ubica from the previous game chases Plais. At that exact moment, the happy chiptune music changes into a scary one. When the Evil Dolphin reaches up to the Player, it will result in a [[screamer]].

The screamer is the evil dolphin covered in blood with black eyes and red pupils staring at the player, with the same roar sound from the first game. Only on this level can you return to the Main Menu.

As the level name suggests, the ocean in this level is orange. This time, a different chiptune music is played. After about 9–10 seconds, a weird creature that looks like an orange hydra starts chasing the player and, like the '''Normal Ocean''' level, the music changes to a scary tune. When the hydra reaches up to the player, it results in a [[screamer]].

The [[screamer]] is the hydra with empty eye sockets. While there is no screaming sound, the scary music still plays.

Unlike the previous two levels, this "level" does not contain the usual gameplay. As soon as the player enters the level, it will immediately show a [[screamer]]. The [[screamer]] is a smiling face with red, bloody eyes. Above the face there is a text saying: ''"YOU CAN'T ESCAPE"''.
