The video starts off with a Japanese girl with a metal bowl and a lit candle. Right around 0:02, she proceeds to stick her entire hand down her throat, causing her to barf to which she does this repeatedly. Meanwhile, she shoves the vomit chunks back into her mouth continuously until she ends up vomiting blood along with the barf.

'''Dolphin Swim 2.exe''' is a [[screamer]] game built with GameMaker lite 8.1 and it's only available for Windows. It's a sequel to [[Dolphin Swim.exe]] and, like its predecessor, some of the art resources are very low resolution because the person who made this was using Microsoft Paint with a trackpad to illustrate the graphics in the game.

When the application is launched, it starts off at the Main Menu, only presenting the play button and a blue background with corals decorating it. Clicking the play button will take you to the Level Selection screen where the player has the choice to play only 3 levels, each of them containing a different type of [[screamer]].

Like in the first game, the player controls a Dolphin (Now named "Plais" in the game files) with the left and right arrow keys. A chiptune song is played in the background. After about 7–8 seconds, the evil looking Dolphin known as Roki Ubica from the previous game chases Plais. At that exact moment, the happy chiptune music changes into a scary one. When the Evil Dolphin reaches up to the Player, it will result in a [[screamer]].

The screamer is the evil dolphin covered in blood with black eyes and red pupils staring at the player, with the same roar sound from the first game. Only on this level can you return to the Main Menu.

As the level name suggests, the ocean in this level is orange. This time, a different chiptune music is played. After about 9–10 seconds, a weird creature that looks like an orange hydra starts chasing the player and, like the '''Normal Ocean''' level, the music changes to a scary tune. When the hydra reaches up to the player, it results in a [[screamer]].

The [[screamer]] is the hydra with empty eye sockets. While there is no screaming sound, the scary music still plays.

Unlike the previous two levels, this "level" does not contain the usual gameplay. As soon as the player enters the level, it will immediately show a [[screamer]]. The [[screamer]] is a smiling face with red, bloody eyes. Above the face there is a text saying: ''"YOU CAN'T ESCAPE"''.
