The video begins with Hagery walking around the baseplate, while the titular Japanese Girl stands at the bottom-right of the screen. The song Jerk It Out by Caesars Palace plays in background. Hagery approaches her and starts flirting, asking her out on a date, but she doesn't respond, confusing him. He then realizes that she's Japanese and claims he can speak some Japanese. He says "Wai Ku an sich xuiy?"

The Japanese Girl responds with "Haya somma ato hiro mojito ally hasayo!!!" before her face morphs into Drakobloxxer's face, and high-pitched version of the scream from [[K-fee commercials]] plays, which causes Hagery to yelp and is launched off the baseplate. The video ends with a credit screen.

The video was posted onto [[EFUKT.com|eFukt]] on December 4th, 2008. The video is so jarring (pun not intended) that it has received millions of views on video-sharing sites. The video also appears on the 18th level on the site Run The Gauntlet.

The video begins with a naked middle-aged man standing above a jar on the ground. The man sits on the jar while it slowly makes its way through his anus. Once it is fully submerged, the jar explodes, after which blood pours from his anus. Without flinching or making a noise, he picks pieces of broken glass from his rectum, while a pool of blood gathers on the floor. After removing all of the glass pieces, the man stands up and walks away.

Alongside [[2 Girls 1 Cup]], it is probably the most famous shock video on the Internet. It is also similar in spirit to [[Goatse]], although far more graphic in nature.
