The main purpose of the video is to showcase various errors that can occur on a PlayStation 1, of which many have creepy outcomes that BK4 ranks with a "Creepiness" scale factor out of 10 for each respective error. Due to this, the video keeps the viewer on edge but doesn't actually reveal the screamer until the very end when most of the viewers tension has already been alleviated.

After the "Personified Fear" segment of the video (which has the highest "Creepiness" scale factor of all the errors), the video goes to black as a fake ending... complete with a "Thanks for Watching!" text screen. However, at 10:37 the video transitions to a final segment on what would happen if a demo of ''[[wikipedia:Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec|Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec]]'' (a PlayStation 2 game), under the working title ''Grand Turismo 2000'', was inserted into a PlayStation 1 console. Due to editing, the game begins to actually appear to work as the Playstation 1 startup screen continues normally. First, the [[animation]] depicts Heart Face (a heart-shaped character with a happy expression) with the stock "Garden" music playing in the background. "I can't wait for the play to start!" he exclaims. Then a duck appears and declares: "I can't wait for my friend to be here!"

Then the pufferfish (supposedly Duck's friend) appears and says: "What a beautiful day, isn't it?". However, a picture of a terrifying man's face appears and screams at the viewer. The following screen appears: "Didn't I scare you? Have fun washing your pants!", accompanied by a brief xylophone melody and a bonk sound for the "humorous effect".

==Temporary removal and safe version==
On October 25, 2021, the project has been removed from Scratch because it is "too scary" for it. In retaliation, the creator started working on "R.I.P. Heart Face Goes to a Greek Theater", containing the safe version of it subtitled "The S<s>u</s>'''i'''ssy Edition", which has three takes, each with their own safe versions of the screamer. The project was uploaded on November 19, 2021. A few months later, the original project was restored, rendering the latter obsolete.

However, instead of the usual screamer, a segment with Calvin and Hobbes begins (a follow-up to the first "Calvin and Hobbes Funny Video" episode by the same creator).

We start with Calvin and Hobbes in the former's room with the cardboard box (implying to be a combination of the [https://calvinandhobbes.fandom.com/wiki/Transmogrifier Transmogrifier], the [https://calvinandhobbes.fandom.com/wiki/Duplicator Duplicator], and the [https://calvinandhobbes.fandom.com/wiki/Time_Machine Time Machine]). The duo and the room are intentionally poorly-drawn.

Calvin tells Hobbes that he came up with a new invention that will somehow change the world. Hobbes wonders what it exactly does, with Calvin answering that it can transmogrify, duplicate, and time travel all at once. In order to test out his latest invention, he places [[wikipedia:WALL-E|WALL-E]] inside it and orders Hobbes to press the button.

Hobbes then proceeds to reach his finger for the button and press it, activating the machine. Five seconds of awkward silence is followed up by canned laughter.

Calvin asks Hobbes did he saw what happened. Hobbes answered "No." Calvin said it is because he traveled WALL-E back in time to 1 million (1 megaannus) BC. Hobbes then wonders how it is doing.

We cut to 1 million BC. Frankenstein's monster named "Urk" talks to a group of WALL-E's with elongated slug-like eye stems (which is a result of Calvin's machine), saying that he thinks good and invented modern Internet humor. Urk then proceeds to "da-da".

Back to the present time, Calvin asks Hobbes what he is going to do with the invention. Mr. Bean wants to try it out, but Calvin resists it because he does not know about its capacity. Regardless, Mr. Bean tries it anyway, and so Calvin proceeded to activate the invention.

Calvin soon is having a bad feeling and tries again to ask Hobbes what he is going to do with the invention, but he simply answers "No." Calvin is confused. Hobbes, again, answers "No." Calvin already knew the answer and asks Hobbes why he does not want to use the invention, but to no avail. Angered, Calvin threatens to sell him to a boy with severe "hallucinating fantasy" disorder if he does not answer rationally because it is a serious situation. Hobbes tries to have a reason why does not want to use the invention, but he is a slow thinker. His reason is that he deems Calvin's invention to be "stupid." Calvin asks how is it "stupid," and Hobbes asks him why he needs to combine the Transmogrifier, the Duplicator, and the Time Machine instead of using them individually. Calvin says it is because his machine saves energy, which is a lie, as Hobbes states that it generates 1000 watts of energy, which is ten times more than Calvin's previous inventions combined. Calvin denies it as if it is such a big deal. Hobbes says that the machine produces lots of carbon monoxide, poisoning his own room and the outside. In order for Calvin to prove that it is true, he has to look out the window.

With a look of horror on Calvin's face, he witnesses that carbon monoxide (represented by multiple copies of the pig version of Mr. Bean with the "CO" over him) outside is overabundant.

The text appears, saying that Calvin never forgot how he destroyed the world. More text appears, "What a scary story, except it actually happened! (I think)", "The moral of the story is: don't remove my projects!!!111onety-one!", "...Or this could happen to the entire ecosystem! (Totally not making this up. :^])", and ending with "By the way, thank you guys for watching. Sorry for staying away for a long time; I've been through some happy and sad times. First, the [[animation]] depicts Heart Face (a heart-shaped character with a happy expression) with the stock "Garden" music playing in the background. "I can't wait for the play to start!" he exclaims. Then a duck appears and declares: "I can't wait for my friend to be here!"

Then the pufferfish (supposedly Duck's friend) appears and says: "What a beautiful day, isn't it?". However, a picture of a terrifying man's face appears and screams at the viewer. The following screen appears: "Didn't I scare you? Have fun washing your pants!", accompanied by a brief xylophone melody and a bonk sound for the "humorous effect".

On October 25, 2021, the project has been removed from Scratch because it is "too scary" for it. In retaliation, the creator started working on "R.I.P. The project was uploaded on November 19, 2021. A few months later, the original project was restored, rendering the latter obsolete.

Calvin tells Hobbes that he came up with a new invention that will somehow change the world. Hobbes wonders what it exactly does, with Calvin answering that it can transmogrify, duplicate, and time travel all at once. In order to test out his latest invention, he places [[wikipedia:WALL-E|WALL-E]] inside it and orders Hobbes to press the button.

Hobbes then proceeds to reach his finger for the button and press it, activating the machine. Five seconds of awkward silence is followed up by canned laughter.

Calvin asks Hobbes did he saw what happened. Hobbes answered "No." Calvin said it is because he traveled WALL-E back in time to 1 million (1 megaannus) BC. Hobbes then wonders how it is doing.

We cut to 1 million BC. Frankenstein's monster named "Urk" talks to a group of WALL-E's with elongated slug-like eye stems (which is a result of Calvin's machine), saying that he thinks good and invented modern Internet humor. Urk then proceeds to "da-da".

Back to the present time, Calvin asks Hobbes what he is going to do with the invention. Mr. Bean wants to try it out, but Calvin resists it because he does not know about its capacity. Regardless, Mr. Bean tries it anyway, and so Calvin proceeded to activate the invention.

Calvin soon is having a bad feeling and tries again to ask Hobbes what he is going to do with the invention, but he simply answers "No." Calvin is confused. Hobbes, again, answers "No." Calvin already knew the answer and asks Hobbes why he does not want to use the invention, but to no avail. Angered, Calvin threatens to sell him to a boy with severe "hallucinating fantasy" disorder if he does not answer rationally because it is a serious situation. Hobbes tries to have a reason why does not want to use the invention, but he is a slow thinker. His reason is that he deems Calvin's invention to be "stupid." Calvin asks how is it "stupid," and Hobbes asks him why he needs to combine the Transmogrifier, the Duplicator, and the Time Machine instead of using them individually. Calvin says it is because his machine saves energy, which is a lie, as Hobbes states that it generates 1000 watts of energy, which is ten times more than Calvin's previous inventions combined. Calvin denies it as if it is such a big deal. Hobbes says that the machine produces lots of carbon monoxide, poisoning his own room and the outside. In order for Calvin to prove that it is true, he has to look out the window.

With a look of horror on Calvin's face, he witnesses that carbon monoxide (represented by multiple copies of the pig version of Mr. Bean with the "CO" over him) outside is overabundant.

The text appears, saying that Calvin never forgot how he destroyed the world. More text appears, "What a scary story, except it actually happened! (I think)", "The moral of the story is: don't remove my projects!!!111onety-one!", "...Or this could happen to the entire ecosystem! Angered, Calvin threatens to sell him to a boy with severe "hallucinating fantasy" disorder if he does not answer rationally because it is a serious situation. Hobbes tries to have a reason why does not want to use the invention, but he is a slow thinker. His reason is that he deems Calvin's invention to be "stupid." Calvin asks how is it "stupid," and Hobbes asks him why he needs to combine the Transmogrifier, the Duplicator, and the Time Machine instead of using them individually. Calvin says it is because his machine saves energy, which is a lie, as Hobbes states that it generates 1000 watts of energy, which is ten times more than Calvin's previous inventions combined. Calvin denies it as if it is such a big deal. Hobbes says that the machine produces lots of carbon monoxide, poisoning his own room and the outside. In order for Calvin to prove that it is true, he has to look out the window.

With a look of horror on Calvin's face, he witnesses that carbon monoxide (represented by multiple copies of the pig version of [[wikipedia:Mr. Bean|Mr. Bean]] with the "CO" over him) outside is overabundant.

The text appears, saying that Calvin never forgot how he destroyed the world. More text appears, "What a scary story, except it actually happened! Then the pufferfish (supposedly Duck's friend) appears and says: "What a beautiful day, isn't it?". However, a picture of a terrifying man's face appears and screams at the viewer. lomando.com is a Japanese [[screamer]] website made by Shisso-kanrinin (Mousoumanager, gentoo-nohito, nohito, yukihito and fantasy person), it's also called Fancy Island (Japanese: ふぁんしーあいらんど).

This website starts off being normal, but when the player (now plays as the Visitor (訪問者 hōmonsha, lit. "visit person") clicks the Mimi image with the site's logo (as seen in the infobox), the site then warns the user that since it's scary, it's not recommended for those people who suffer from heart problems and seizures, when clicking the image below, they will be redirected to the same site, but now it has a door. The player can click on it and they will meet three cursed dolls or Dai Kamuro staring at the viewer accompanied by an eerie ambiance playing in the background. Five clickable white circles (or four mirrors) are placed in the bottom-left corner. When the player clicks on the fifth, Yukie will pop up and crawl towards the camera along with a scream/moan.

This site strangely contains a story, and when the player goes deeper into it, the player will fight the final boss the Pieyama God, and finally complete the "game". There are a lot of puzzles, mazes, and different screamers on the website, most are totally unexpected. The game story is basically about heavy themes like paranoia, suicidal thoughts, and depression. It can be listed as "Utsu ge" (Utsu ge means "depressing game". The purpose of these types of games is to depress the player) or just as a typical horror game. Even if the site has lots of screamers, it can also be considered a (horror) puzzle game since almost every part of the site has a puzzle or is part of one.

On the famous Japanese video-sharing website Niconico, Fancy Island/Lomando became an internet meme and is frequently used as a source in MAD videos (otoMAD/MAD videos are the Japanese YTPMV), there are lots of fanart on Pixiv too.<ref>knowyourmeme.com/memes/sites/lomandocom</ref>

== The site content ==
As mentioned earlier, before clicking on Mimi's photo, the site seems normal, even kind of cute. In addition, the site also has a panel just to introduce the "characters" from the game. Its design can change during New Year and Christmas, and the player can get a special event on the same day.
However, while it may seem harmless from the start, there are some easter eggs on it. Those will be listed below.
* If the player presses either the 'Next' or 'Return' button too many times on the character panel, Gallery Master will appear: The character description is replaced with only "あああああああああああああああああああああああ" and the panel will turn black. Also, instead of a character picture, there will be an eye on her face staring at the viewer along with a loud laugh.

After this, a compilation of screamers will pop up while the screams are singing Jingle Bells. And the player will be redirected to main.html
**In the new version, It shows Santa Claus on a desk with three presents that can contain a total of five prizes that Santa will describe and show the viewer; a full list of the prizes can be found here. Sometimes, when the user clicks one of the presents, Santa Claus will become distorted and a Rush event will occur that remixes the same song with screamers. After this, the player will be redirected to main.html.

After the player clicks on the box, Mimi will shake the cup and there will be two results: one is bad luck and one is good luck. If the player got good luck (white paper), nothing happens and the player can try again. However, if the player got bad luck (black paper), lots of screamers will pop up and after it, the player will be redirected to the "dark side" of the website, in a new version of this event, the player can see Yukatan is not even at there and skips into a new version of it, Mimi will tell the user to drop the coin into the donation box if it's a white paper with different letters (if it's pink, Mimi would be excited), if the user tries that again and receives a black paper, everything will turn black and then Mukadeobake, Dai kuchisake-onna, Sansuzumume, Kubishime-onna, Mandoreiku, HD version of Ellis (Erisu) pop up in rapid succession with loud scream-singing song.

And finally, if the player clicks on Mimi's picture, the player will be redirected to the "game". There is a list of every consequence for clicking on the buttons below the black-haired woman.

The player also cannot change the volume of it either.
Upon clicking on the first white circle, one Elizabeth mask will appear, jiggling left and right silently. On clicking that, six Elizabeth masks appear while a loud laugh is playing in a loop. Clicking on one mask will result in at least one screamer, so be careful.

* Akeru (First mask): A page of random text with apparently no meaning. There's a loop of a character peeking around a "corner" in the background. Two words of the text are highlighted in a darker red, which will redirect the player to another page. The first link is labeled "Picture matching door" (絵合わせ扉, lit. Eawase tobira), which is just a part of the game's puzzle. There is a door sporting a box with a shattered window. Beside it, is a panel of images of dolls, each with a different color. The second link is called "ｲchi兎、ﾆﾎﾈ。松ﾑ煤", with no meaning at all. At this link, there's a video called 壱ノ其トンヒノ為ム進 and it has minor jumpscare. The video shows Borei running with Japanese text that says "to the hint please check out for the hint for advancing that one between the dolls ahead". This video is currently unavailable to view on the site.
* Konkon (Second mask): Konkon-san is shown constantly banging at high speed on the player's screen, mouth open but with no scream. "Konkon" (コンコン) is a Japanese onomatopoeia for "bang-bang", "tap-tap" or "knock-knock".

* Utsuru (Third mask): A camera watching a room, and the time of the recording is the same as the clock on the player's computer (if the user changes it). However, at midnight, a face appears, shaking but silent.

* Ydad (Fourth mask): There are two doors and 21 babies being flipped while changing colors from blue, yellow, red, and green at a seizure-inducing rate. Clicking on the middle door will not lead to a new page, instead of showing a 'screamer' of a laughing baby.
**Aguodiernihs (Left door): Backwards for "shinreidouga", meaning 'ghost video'. Clicking on this will take the player to a page with a black background and a pseudo-YouTube video that is 0:20 minutes, titled "カメラが捉えた恐怖の心霊映像" (lit. "Fear psychic images captured by the camera"). Once played, the video starts with an empty interior of a passenger train or a bus. J-ker briefly appears and disappears, walking through the screen. Static appears for a brief moment, then the J-ker appears walking out of the YouTube video and laughing boisterously (a commonly used sound effect on this website), thus leading the player back to the main page.
** Shoko (Right door): A room with two bookshelves and a door. At the center, the plate that reads "GALLERY" is shown. Clicking on the door is taken as an attempt to walk to it; the player moves forward, but triggers a trapdoor, falling into a pit of spikes.

* Oiaaeptoiympe (Fifth mask): A door with a 5-digit code lock, in which the units are arrows facing in four directions. If the player does too many attempts, a Healthy version of the character "Dorodoro" (not yet in the gallery) fills the screen along with a loud laugh. Hobbes, again, answers "No." Calvin already knew the answer and asks Hobbes why he does not want to use the invention, but to no avail. Angered, Calvin threatens to sell him to a boy with severe "hallucinating fantasy" disorder if he does not answer rationally, because it is a serious situation. Hobbes tries to have a reason why does not want to use the invention, but he is a slow thinker. His reason is because he deems Calvin's invention to be "stupid." Calvin asks how is it "stupid," and Hobbes asks him why does he need to combine the Transmogrifier, the Duplicator and the Time Machine instead of using them individually. Calvin says it is because his machine saves energy, which is a lie, as Hobbes states that it generates 1000 watts of energy, which is ten times more that Calvin's previous inventions combined. Calvin denies it as if it is such a big deal. Hobbes says that the machine produces lots of carbon monoxide, poisoning his own room and the outside. In order for Calvin to prove that it is true, he has to look out the window.

With the look of horror on Calvin's face, he witnesses that carbon monoxide (represented by multiple copies of the pig version of Mr. Bean with the "CO" over him) outside is overabundant.

The text appears, saying that Calvin never forgot how he destroyed the world. More text appear, "What a scary story, except it actually happened! (I think)", "The moral of the story is: don't remove my projects!!!111onety-one!", "...Or this could happen to the entire ecosystem! Angered, Calvin threatens to sell him to a boy with severe "hallucinating fantasy" disorder if he doesn't answer rationally, because it is a serious situation. Hobbes tries to have a reason why doesn't want to use the invention, but he's a slow thinker. His reason is because he deems Calvin's invention to be "stupid." Calvin asks how is it "stupid," and Hobbes asks him why does he need to combine the Transmogrifier, the Duplicator and the Time Machine instead of using them individually. Calvin says it is because his machine saves energy, which is a lie, as Hobbes states that it generates 1000 watts of energy, which is ten times more that Calvin's previous inventions combined. Calvin denies it as if it is such a big deal. Hobbes says that the machine produces lots of carbon monoxide, poisoning your room and the outside. In order for Calvin to prove that it is true, he has to look out the window.
