This game entices the player with its interactive content, in which the player must click on any of the clown noses placed on a grayscaled version of the painting "Whose turn first?" by [[wikipedia:Arthur John Elsley|Arthur John Elsley]]. When any of them is clicked, it produces a variety of amusing outcomes; the first nose, on the girl, makes a puddle of urine appear underneath her, the second nose on the black dog causes the dog to bark, and the third nose on the big dog makes a child on the top right corner of the screen blow bubbles from her nose. However, the fourth nose (on the small white dog) is booby-trapped. When it is clicked, a picture of Sam (the ugliest dog) suddenly appears on the screen, accompanied by a piercing scream, which was also used in [[Screamer Video Montage]].

This game presents itself as a maze game based on The Adventures of Lolo. On the title screen, players can access instructions by pressing "I", while pressing "L" loads a screamer warning, which is the only indication that the game is not legitimate. The game description claims to have five levels, but there are only four levels in the actual game. Players control Lolo through the maze to reach the goal, with touching the black screen resulting in the game taking them back to the title screen. Reaching the red goal advances the player to the next level. The first three levels are easy to complete, while the fourth level is narrower and more challenging. '''Cutespider.rf.gd''' was an obscure [[Kekma.net|Kekma]]-related [[shock site]]. While it was created by an early member of the Kekma community, who contributed the high-pitched scream sound to [[Kekma.net]], it shared little code, other than the fullscreen effect.

Cutespider's entry page had an orange background with a red stripe about 10% down the page. Above the red stripe was a caption that reads "Click to pet the cute spider :)". Below it was a picture of a spider, which is shown in the info box of this article.

Clicking on the spider changed the caption to "Thanks :)" and the picture of the 'cute spider' into a pornographic [[gif|GIF]] of a woman dressed up as a humanoid spider sucking a man's penis. Cutespider was taken down the same year it was created, and the limited views and interest it received meant it was never put back online.

They prepare to venture to Sufferdark, where they come across Batwing Cave, which they must go through to reach Sufferdark. A firefly named Freddy appears and tries to lead them through the cave, however, he is interrupted by a skull with one eye along with a loud screech. There is a link to a website that can be found in the information section of the YouTube channel. In 2020, the video was remastered; it is largely the same as the original, but the screamer was removed, allowing Freddy to finish his line.

The Huntmaster appears at the end of the episode, reaching for the camera.

The original episode was taken down for unknown reasons, but it was later reposted, and a remastered version was released in 2021. The remastered version shows Poochee and Pansy being led into a cave by Freddy, only to discover that he is a fake rockbat. There are also people who died because they didn't send this picture.). The image is said to have been spreading around since 2005,<ref>anotherr.exblog.jp/3951145/ - One of the earliest posts including the photo.</ref> though there were a few images similar to this that appeared in 2004. There are two theories about this: One explains that the image had appeared on the thread from a Japanese website, and the second one suggests that the image had been shared on the internet after 2005.<ref name="thetuburo">thetuburo.com/2021/10/03/2019-01-31-150709/</ref> A user named THEつぶろ contacted a few users about the image of that doll, and all of them replied to seeing it on the bulletin board after that year,<ref name="thetuburo" /> proving the second theory might be true in this manner.

Japanese netizens claim that the image began to circulate on the internet in mid-2004 when imageboards such as 2ch started to grow even more after the infamous [[wikipedia:Neomugicha incident|Neomugicha incident]] happened. However, it was only recognized when a 2ch anonymous user made a thread in 2007 saying "この子すごい怖いんだがお前らの力で何とかかわいくさせてやってくれ" (This dude is scary as fuck so you guys have to somehow use your power to try to make it look cute!), and then the thread started to fill with the same picture but edited and over-shopped to make it look "cuter". The image was also referred to by Japanese netizens as "可愛くさせての画像", meaning "cute image", or "可愛く", meaning "cute". After researching the image, it was found that it was originally a doll with unkempt hair and broken arms, which was found through the logs of Futaba Channel.<ref name="thetuburo" />

The image became such a huge meme in Japan that every time Japanese netizens saw it, they would say またお前かよ (You again?) or い　つ　も　の (The. Same. As. Always.), implying that the picture had become so overused that they didn't want to see it anymore.

The image was also used in a [[creepypasta]] for one of the characters in the story. The story was called "Gurgles and Bugman" and featured title characters who unexpectedly broke into people's homes and hid in one of the corners of each room. A loud laugh can be heard if the victim approaches them without noticing. Once the victim fell asleep, the two would paralyze him. The prank ended with Bugman drinking from the person's neck with a straw, and the show ended with Gurgles covering his face (supposedly the picture) all over the screen with a huge sharp grin while he said, "ssseeee you again ssssoooonn!".

It is unknown where the image got its nickname, but it is obvious that it came from a Facebook account associated with evil acts. The account, in particular, had posted strange Latin and Russian-coded messages along with coordinates. The account was also known for posting content that was usually a violation of the law. Facebook has blocked the account for posting gruesome content and child pornography. The account was also linked to a large number of unsuspecting victims, most of whom were young and were bombarded with disturbing content in their personal messages. In this version, Jeff accidentally spilled a gallon of acid on his face while cleaning a bathtub.<ref name="Daily Dot" /> The more widely known version, created by a fan of his earlier work, depicts Jeff's transformation into an insane serial killer. Interestingly, Jeff's real name in this story is Jeffery C. Hodek, not "Jeffrey Woods." The original backstory video, which once existed, got removed when YouTube terminated Sesseur's channel. Subsequently, a Brazilian channel called PhenomenonPoltergeist re-uploaded the video to YouTube on January 20, 2014, but without any audio, as the original version contained "I Guess You're Right" by The Posies as background music. The original file name of the less-edited Jeff the Killer image is White powder (2), suggesting the existence of another version that predates the existing two. Omega Volt took his edit and turned it into the famous Jeff the Killer image (JTK 2). For now, the complete origins of Jeff the Killer remain unknown, this alleged video remains lost, and the search continues.

Upon loading the game, players are presented with the box art for Super Mario World before being taken to a level select screen. However, the only playable level available is "Sunken Ghost Ship." This level closely resembles the Sunken Ghost Ship from the original game, with a few minor differences. For instance, a green pipe that typically allows players to progress through the level is blocked by an eyeless Boo. Additionally, the Bill Blaster cannon does not shoot Bullet Bills, and the lucky blocks from the level are removed. To progress, players must navigate to the end of the level and collect a key to unlock the keyhole next to it. Doing so unlocks a new level named "OH GOD NO" in the level select menu.

The level leads to a pipe that takes the player to Wendy's Castle, where they can find a lucky block that gives them a red mushroom. The player can swim in this stage, but the level also features Bullet Bills smashing against a puddle of blood and spikes surrounded by Mario's corpses. Upon reaching the blue pipe, the player must run until they reach the next pipe, which has a mushroom edited to have a creepy face. Once the player makes contact with the mushroom, a fast slideshow of [[screamer]] faces is triggered, and the player respawns. The screamer faces include Squidward's Suicide, Dead Bart (a screencap of Homer Simpson's melted face from [[wikipedia:The Simpsons|The Simpsons]] episode "Brother From the Same Planet"), [[Sonic.exe]], Tails Doll, a close-up picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] from [[wikipedia:The Exorcist|The Exorcist]], [[Jeff The Killer]], and a crude, bloodied [[wikipedia:Mickey Mouse|Mickey Mouse]] face.

The next pipe leads to an unusual stage where, instead of actual gameplay, a cutscene plays out. The cutscene shows Mario looking out of a window in a mansion, watching a shadow-like figure lurking outside. Soon after, Luigi appears and utters the words "YOU THOUGHT KOOPA WORKED ALONE?" before attacking the defenseless Mario. The platform the characters are standing on slowly disappears, and Mario is left to fall into the lava and die. However, Mario manages to fight back and push Luigi into the lava before screaming "OH GOD NO" and meeting his own demise. After avoiding the Goomba, the player comes across a pipe that leads to the first world, but with a black background. By selecting the cloud in the middle, the player can advance to the next level.

In the next level, the player would encounter green mushrooms and have to jump over them to progress. However, at a certain point, the player would come across a disturbing image of a man's face ripped apart, grinning without any pupils. Upon touching the face, it would begin to zoom in, eventually freezing on a frame of the face with pupils. Shortly after freezing, the game would abruptly close, ending the player's session. The game features other levels for players to explore; however, these levels are intentionally designed to be impossible to progress through.

'''Pin the Tail on the Donkey''' was a [[Liquid Generation]] Sabotage [[screamer]]. It is obviously based on the traditional children's game of the same name. The screamer was taken down along with the entire Liquid Generation website.

The title screen is designed to look like the box of a children's board game. The game itself is about a cartoon donkey with a big target on its rear, standing in an empty suburban backyard with some birthday decorations. Right at the start, the donkey insults the player, mocking them about no one showing up to their birthday party, and challenges them to pin the tail on him anyway. Certain swear words are censored and replaced with a cartoonish sound effect. The donkey then starts jumping around the screen, continuing to insult and mock the player, who is now supposed to click the target to pin the tail on the donkey.
==Gameplay==
Once the player manages to do it, the donkey says “Ouch!” and drops to the ground. He then reappears in the center and challenges the player to do it another time. Yet again, he starts jumping around, mocking the player. After successfully pinning the tail on him a second time, the same thing happens again, but the donkey will jump around a lot quicker in the third round.

If the player hits the target a third time, the donkey's face will suddenly jump close to the screen with bulging red eyes as he loudly screams in agony. After the Liquid Generation Sabotage jingle at the end, the donkey from the game shows up again instead of the cartoon ninja and says: “That's what you get for sticking stuff in a donkey's butt!”. He is then crushed by the ''LiquidGeneration.com'' link, just like the ninja.

These were a series of online pranks which masqueraded as Sabotage screamers, a series of online pranks masquerading as legitimate flash applications, games, or videos, which culminated in a screamer to startle or embarrass the viewer. These screamers were appropriately categorized under Sabotage or Pranks on the homepage, but people were encouraged to share them with unsuspecting friends or colleagues, with some pranks even designed specifically for email.

Most of these screamers ended with a screen saying "You've been Sabotaged!" and a logo depicting a ninja's face, followed by a cheerful "Liquid Generation: Sabotage!" jingle. A cartoon ninja, serving as the series mascot, then jumped down from the top of the screen and said "Click here for more Sabotage!" in a Japanese accent, before being crushed by the link to the ''Liquid Generation'' homepage. Many of these pranks have been leaked to other game websites, often with no indication that they are screamers. An unofficial YouTube channel now hosts footage of a large selection of these screamers since they are no longer available on the homepage.
