SCP-450 fue un [[screamer]] subido a YouTube por el usuario nu11 (anteriormente Andreyj857) el 4 de diciembre de 2010, el título no tiene nada que ver con la Fundación SCP o información aparte de la imagen del pasillo utilizada en el video, el creador también creó [[ВИD of Doom/Spanish|ВИD of Doom]].

El video comienza con un mensaje de advertencia de que los materiales del video pueden dañar la salud y mirar bajo su propio riesgo. Después de ese mensaje, se muestra un pasillo de color marrón oscuro con música espeluznante de fondo.

Después de unos 50 segundos, aparece una imagen de un adorable gatito acompañado de un maullido y, luego, comienzan los créditos. Se muestra la siguiente línea: "¡GRACIAS POR VER! prepárate para cagar ladrillos >;3". después de que esta línea aparece desde la parte inferior, aparece una ráfaga de rostros de screamers conocidos y se acercan al espectador en forma de presentación de diapositivas rápida con gritos de acompañamiento.
