Seimei Time (セイメイタイム) was a [[shock video]] uploaded to [[YouTube]] by nomotynonono on June 24, 2009. The video has since been removed, and the earliest known archive shows that the video accumulated over 250,000 views in 2009 before being deleted due violating a violent or gory content.

For the majority of the video, a Japanese game show is shown on-screen while a clock-like ticking can be heard in the background. In the bottom right corner, a Japanese man (a live-streamer named "Seimeitai") is seen cutting his left wrist with a razor blade. While doing so, he makes statements such as "You think I'm just a toy" and "You think I'm just putting on an act" appear, suggesting he's in a terrible mental state from harassment or bullying.

Apparently, the ticking noise is actually the sound of the man's arm being cut. He eventually pauses only once the wounds on his wrists begin to pool significantly with blood, at which point the footage cuts to black.

To keep the content neutral and to prevent unhelpful editing fights, please avoid malicious posts, such as rewriting content that is often insulting.
