When visiting the website, it shows an image of a green M&M, with the face replaced with [[wikipedia:Phil McGraw|Phil McGraw]]'s face from an [[wikipedia:M&M's|M&M's]] ad campaign made in 2007. The caption "Click uncle green M&M to load the Mass Reporter Tools UI" is underneath it.

However, once the image was clicked, the website would enter fullscreen with the image changed to a flashing image of [[Jeff the Killer]] accompanied with the same scream from [[Anne.jpg]]. The comic has two characters talking about a serial killer whom they say, is "so ugly, it's impossible to take a photo of him and that everyone hands him the camera", after some seconds. The comic becomes animated as the characters in all of the panels shift their gaze and look at the viewer, before a Cyanide & Happiness character with a realistic face pops up with flashing lights.

'''Blue.gif''', also known as '''Mystery Room''', is a [[screamer]] [[GIF]] created by an unknown person. The oldest known copy was hosted on a site called "geekhideout.com" under the name "Freaky". It was also called '''Ghost Photography''' on [[Winterrowd.com]] and '''Find the Ghost''' on [[Scary For Kids]]. The concept of the screamer is very similar to [[What's Wrong?|What's Wrong]].

The screamer asks the player to find an error in an image of a messy room. After 30 seconds, a Kuntilanak appears at the door, accelerates toward the viewer, and disappears very quickly (although she can be seen very clearly). The animation is then repeated.

The GIF was first spread across Indonesia on a WordPress called "indocropcircles.wordpress.com". The screamer on this WordPress can be found in some posts about ghosts.
