After pressing the play button to play the game, the viewer gets to choose between many different outfits to apply and remove from Hinata, from leg-wear to upper body wear; however, if the user tries clicking her bra, it turns out to be a button which will show a zooming picture of Tomino's Hell (which is actually a painting called ”I can no longer be a bride"/”あたしはもうお嫁にいけません”, drawn by Tatsushima Yuko) suddenly appearing with the scream from [[What's Wrong]], followed by another long, echoing scream.

The game is not over after this [[screamer]], since then it returns to the dress up game, but only now depicts Hinata as morbidly obese in a bikini, next to a KFC bucket as a joke, with the phrase, ”TRUE FORM NO JUTSU!” and a twangy guitar tune playing in the background, along with two summer dresses as outfit options.

The website was made on December 20, 2018, but was changed to refer to an imgbb.com-hosted Rule 34 image of Ralph based on a promo art for the film, with Ralph edited to have a large erect penis around 2019. The name of the site is inspired from the "Fortnite Burger", which indicated by the name, is a burger from Fortnite.

The site did not gain online notoriety prior to September 2019. Starting on September 16th, a series of posts baiting users to go to the site was made on /r/okbuddyretard subreddit and on Instagram, with the earliest known post made by Redditor Radiation69. In the following days, more posts hoaxing users to go to the site were posted on Reddit, Instagram, and Twitter.

On September 25, 2019, the image on the website was briefly changed to a photograph of a proposal. The photograph was changed back to a more cropped version of the Rule 34 Ralph image prior to October 16, 2019.

As of 2020, the image of the website changed to the Rule 34 Ralph image with a face mask due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Imgur eventually deleted the image, leading to a 404 error.

While playing as Tails, progress until you come upon the remains of deceased animals strewn across the ground and among the palm trees, and run to take the left path. Navigating through this will guide you to an unfamiliar level. In this location, you'll spot Sonic positioned below. Upon making contact with Sonic, more static follows, accompanied by the message "The fire awaits." Subsequently, Tails returns to HILL. As you proceed left, you'll notice a black ring that you can collect.

When assuming the role of Knuckles, proceed along the same leftward path as Tails. Upon reaching a sizeable pit, jumping into it sets off a series of glitches alongside the message "Don't like playing by the rules?" Keep moving forward to the FFFFFFFFF course, where Knuckles encounters a succession of photosensitive-inducing screens. Navigating through these distorted words ultimately leads to a definitive message: "YOU'RE NEXT" followed by static. Knuckles subsequently returns to "YOU CAN'T RUN" and continues to the left, discovering a second black ring that they can collect.

Robotnik begins by walking to the right and then proceeds to the left, following a route akin to that of Tails and Knuckles. As you opt for the left path, static emerges, leading Robotnik to an unnamed course. Text becomes visible: "Why do you persist in fighting? My game has only just begun." Further static follows, and Robotnik returns to "...". Move left once more to locate the third black ring, available for you to collect.

After obtaining all 3 black rings, the game wraps up and transitions to an image that brings to mind the Japanese text, now translated into English. The text conveys:

Since this infamous Flash game debuted in 2004, it has become a popular internet screamer. It has inspired a variety of different maze screamers to be made over the years.

The first two levels are easy to complete. But as the third level is reached, the walls begin to shrink and have sharp turns, making it difficult to avoid touching them. This usually makes the player concentrate on the screen. Then, near the first curve to the left of the maze sharp part (The game also knows if the player is cheating; if they use right-click), a close-up image of [[Regan MacNeil]] (the possessed character portrayed by [[wikipedia:Linda Blair|Linda Blair]]) from the 1973 supernatural horror film ''[[wikipedia:The Exorcist|The Exorcist]]'' pops up along with a loud, distorted scream that plays twice, scaring the player.

The game was uploaded to Jeremy's now-defunct personal website, Winterrowd.com, in 2005. The original version of the game had some slight differences in colors, where orange/yellow with alternative text was used instead of cyan. There's an alternative version of the game that is used in the comedy television series ''[[America's Funniest Home Videos]]'', where Regan at the end is replaced with the one from [[What's Wrong?]],<ref>youtu.be/kZKZa9bwhnA?t=30</ref> due to concerns regarding copyrighted content.

Other videos of the mysterious level continued to circulate. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NedCSuGt0eg This video], which has more than 1.25 million views as of 2019 showed the cursor make a shortcut (which in practice would have killed the player) in level 3 unlocks a trigger to level 4 (pictured); once finishing the level, the game goes back to the main screen; text asks the viewer; "care to try a little bit faster this time?".

However Viewers often speculate that the apparent feces are actually food substances such as refried beans, ice cream, or peanut butter. The video was originally directed by Antonio Fiorito. Fiorito was interested in producing homemade fetish films since 1994 with his wife. A few years later, he soon moves on to start a fetish film business and chooses coprophilia as one of its main fetishes. This is the origin of MFX Media.

Many viewers believed the feces in the videos to actually be food substances, such as chocolate ice cream, peanut butter, or etc. Some viewers also believe the vomit was actually real, but was regurgitated before reaching the stomach. In addition, the majority of the vomit does not go into their mouths. The director was later fired for arguing that the excrement was chocolate ice cream.

The title "MFX 1209" at the start of the video is actually a production code for the movie ''Hungry Bitches'', as well as the URL on mfxvideo.com.
