The game presented itself as a color blindness test, with the player tasked with identifying the number within a circle in a series of increasingly difficult levels. However, in the final and most challenging level, the number (a5) was almost indistinguishable. When the player clicked on the box containing the number, an image of Dr. Judith Kutter (portrayed by Diana Browne) from the 1982 horror film ''[[wikipedia:Basket Case (film)|Basket Case]]'' appeared on the screen, accompanied by an extremely loud, low quality scream, followed by a quiet choking sound. The advertisement starts by showing a viewer discretion notice. After the notice disappears, the moon starts getting eclipsed; at the end of the video, the moon eventually becomes a "[[Wikipedia:Blood moon prophecy|Blood Moon]]". This summons a number of dark figures who wreck havoc.

Eventually, the ad displays a graphic shot of a body being dragged off, followed by the attraction advertisement. Just as the ad seems to stop, a bloody face pops up and screams before the video abruptly cuts off.
