'''The Pain Series''' is a [[shock site|shock page]] created by a user Huge_Midget on 2013 or 2011.

The Pain Series contains 7 images involving dead people, genital diseases, mutilation, unborn babies, gore, pornography, images from other shock sites like [[Goatse]] and [[Tubgirl]], and more gruesome content accompanied with a loud scream. The images on Kittens are also clickable links to the [[Last Measure]] shock site, which has pornographic content and will harm your computer. Pages that include the pain series are Kittens, Puppies, and more.

The images were created by a user who appears to be first noticed on SomethingAwful forums: Huge_Midget, he posted a message that [[Goatse]] was not too shocking to most users, after this, he created a bunch of images involving dead people, genital diseases, mutilation, animal cruelty, unborn babies, gore artworks, and porn, and it even got its name: "Pain Series", implying the images he created was a series of disgusting images that is quite painful to look at,

Soon after, this image was popularized by [[Encyclopedia Dramatica]] and was used in [[Offended|some]] [[Reporting Un-Islamic Content|articles]].

The video starts out with a dark room with a giant white rocking chair in the middle, along with some toys such as a rocking horse, and items such as a water bottle scattered all over the floor with a night vision-like filter on the camera with some grain as well. There is a Chevy commercial playing very quietly in the background, with a mom talking about the Little Mermaid as well. There is a blanket that somewhat moves to the far right. But towards the end, the rocking chair starts moving on it's own, right after, a woman with [[Regan MacNeil]]'s face appears right in front of the rocking chair and crawls up to the camera screaming with her mouth closed. After around 5 seconds, the video changes to a white text reading "www.szworld.net." then the video ends. 

An alternative version exists which replaces Regan's possessed face with a female with black eyes and mouth. it also has white text saying the link to SZWORLD’s channel.
