[[Jeremy Winterrowd]] also featured this screamer on his website: "[[Winterrowd.com]]". The content of the page was a flashing picture of [[Jeff the Killer]], accompanied by an extremely loud, distorted noise. The image quickly zoomed in, and then flashed repeatedly from regular to negative colors. The original page also contained text stating "This site will not harm your computer and doesn't contain any malware!", with a link to the creator's Facebook page. The site was visited 27.5 million times before closing. The website shortly turned into a redirect to [http://savetheinternet.info savetheinternet.info], but today, the link simply shows a connection error.

The website [[420yolo.com]] was launched in March 2013, and used the same screamer as Anne.jpg. It was posted on numerous subreddit, all of them being disguised.

Another mirror called "Topkek.co" existed for a while (around 2014). This version would download malware on the visitors device, and was spammed for a long time in /b/ on [[4chan]], since "Topkek" is a 4chan meme<ref>[https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/topkek Topkek] Definition</ref>, and its purpose was to lure people in, making them think the website is associated with Topkek in some way.

In late 2014, the domain [[Agor.io]] was registered. It was the most famous mirror since many people were prone to misspelling the second "a" and replacing it with an "o" instead. The website also included a malicious script that prevented the user from closing the site by displaying the alert message "U SCARED BRO LOL". The website especially grew popular on Reddit. This post in particular was supposedly written by a parent whose child had an epileptic seizure trying to play Agar.io but misspelled it as Agor.io instead. The man who was murdered in 3 Guys 1 Hammer was found missing after riding his Dnepr motorcycle. There is a footage showing the three guys complaining about something in Ukrainian. After a few seconds, they notice Sergei Yatzenko riding his Dnepr motorcycle. As soon as he gets near, they kick down his wheels, causing the motorcycle to fall over. The boys trapped him in the woods before he was killed. The murderers previous murder scene was two teenage boys in Pidhorodne, named Andrei Sidyuk and Vadim Lyakhov, who were brutally attacked while they were fishing. Vadim managed to escape by hiding in the woods. The maniacs then killed Sergei.
==Content ==
The video starts off with two males in the woods, one of whom is trapped under what seems to be debris. Abruptly, the teenage boy standing over the adult victim attacks him with a hammer concealed in a plastic bag, effectively turning the victim's face into a bloody pulp. After several seconds of close-ups of what used to be a face and a few discomforting gurgles, a screwdriver is skewered and twisted into the victim's stomach by the cameraman, then into the dying man's left eye. The victim was finished off by two large arcing blows to the head with the hammer for the final time. The assailants then promptly run out of the woods and head nearby to their car, where they wash off the blood.

When visiting the original website, the [[Goatse]] Image is shown and then it will display one or more shock image which are usually pornographic and weird pictures, or horrifying medical photographs from Wikipedia along with an extremely loud looped sound of a man screaming "''HEY EVERYBODY, I'M LOOKING AT GAY PORNO!''" to alert people near you. A script on the website will also try to open infinite windows and massively use the "mailto" and "callto" functions, intending to cause the user's computer to freeze.

This website uses browser exploits and tricks such as the 'onmouseover' and 'onclick' functions to ignore pop-up blockers and spawn windows containing shock images moving around fast.

Some people say that variants were containing actual malware, but this could never be proved. Browsers such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and other IE-based browsers are known to handle the website very poorly and may cause the entire device to crash.

Some versions use a script known as 'StatsMeasure,' which leaks the clipboard data to the Internet. Newer versions of the Last Measure used a Java applet known as 'CoffeeMeasure' that spawns a lot of Java application windows moving around the screen. The Unified X version of Last Measure contains a montage of shock images from [[The Pain Series]] and other shock sites. Additionally, The external link was added to the [[Offended]] page.

===Behavior of Last Measure===
Due to all Last Measure versions' extremely malicious behavior, people who visit a site containing the script often think their computer is infected with a virus. Many internet browsers today may not execute all of the scripts or warn when some of the script portions are about to be executed, however, it may still cause temporary ruination. For example, on Safari it can still turn the browser into a fork bomb by opening mIRC and the default email client in a loop which causes the computer to slow down or even crash.

There is a version of Last Measure that also uses code from the infamous JavaScript Trojan "Offiz" known as "[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSgk7ctw1HY You are an idiot]" which presents the well-known Flash application called "rgb.swf": an 8-bit version of [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Axel_Foley Axel Foley] from [[Wikipedia:Beverly Hills Cop (film series)|Beverly Hills Cop'']] film series with bright flashing RGB colors in an attempt to trigger an epileptic seizure.
