'''Murder Investigation''' is a [[flash]]-based [[screamer]] game that features a mystery to solve regarding a murder case of a family.

The player is tasked with finding clues throughout the game and must identify the killer. Failure to do so results in the killer murdering the player, accompanied by a series of frightening images and screeching sounds. The images displayed during the game include a puppet's face, a negative image of the puppet's face, an eye, and a stretched-out mouth screaming. Interestingly, these same images are also displayed upon winning the game. At the start of the game, players click "Finish" to load the main page of the site. However, the screamer no longer works, not even in the archive.

A [[Murder Investigation Walkthrough|walkthrough]] for the game also exists, which requires the installation of Adobe Flash Player or Ruffle on the player's computer to function properly.

'''Murder Investigation Walkthrough''' was multi-[[screamer]] game created in 2002, it's a "walkthrough" to [[Murder Investigation]], The [[screamer]] pretends to be just a game where the player has to search a 2D house for clues regarding a murder case. However, during the search a blurry picture of a corpse will appear along with an extremely loud screech. There is also a note. Now the player has two choices: try to figure out what it says or reveal the answer.

If the player chooses to figure it out the note will be displayed, but after some seconds a picture of a cloaked eye (possibly the same eye that appears in Murder Investigation) appears along with a piercing scream. If the player chooses to reveal the answer it displays the answer along with a text, but after some seconds the picture of the note saying "DIE" appears along with a very loud scream. There are tons of screamers in this game but only these were found so far. Due to the hosting site being offline, however, it can be accessed through the [https://web.archive.org Web Archive].

More specifically, as the title suggests, [https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-450 SCP-450] isn't related to the information about the picture of the hallway used in the video. The creator also made [[ВИD of Doom|BИD of Doom]] and [[ВИD in Hell]].

This video begins with a warning message that the materials in the video may damage one's health and watch at their own risk. After that message, a dark-brown hallway (also known as Eastern State Penitentiary's Cellblock 14) is shown with eerie sounds and music in the background.

After around 50 seconds, a picture of an adorable kitten accompanied by a meow pops up, and afterward, the credits start. The following line is shown: "''THANKS FOR WATCHING! prepare to shit brix >;3''". After this line appears from the bottom, a flurry of well-known [[screamer]] faces will appear and zoom to the viewer in a fast slideshow fashion with accompanying screams. The screamers include:

* A close-up image of [[Regan MacNeil]] from The Exorcist.
* A close-up of a man's face with red and white paint around his eyes and mouth.
* El Ayuwoki.
* [[Pazuzu]].
* The [[Scary Tic-Tac-Toe|Tic-Tac-Toe]] zombie.

* A sad-looking girl with pitch-black eyes and an open mouth.

It had over 140,000 views as of November 2014, but the video is now private. But there are still copies of it.

An alternative version of the screamer adds a demon child from Dead Birds and Amy the Vampire from Fright Night to to the flurry of screamer faces. Instead of Jeff the Killer being accompanied by "I Shot The Sheriff", he flashes with a loud droning screen, then the edited VID mask crashes into the screen with a loud roar. The screen goes black and it seems like it's over, but then Jeff the Killer and Regan MacNeil pop up again with the same scream from the Scary Maze Game.
