The video starts off by claiming that a man caught footage of a UFO back in 1997. The video tells the player to simply watch. The video then shows a low quality news broadcast of the sky. After this, the video states that a woman went into the forest to take a picture. This alleged picture is then shown, where the video zooms into the trees. Not long after however, a grey alien appears along with a distorted noises. The text at the end states "If only this were true."

When accessing the site, it will first warn the viewer that since it is scary, it is not recommended for people with heart problems or people who are bad at scary things. Below, there will be two options, the first one is '''View''' (''みる'', ''miru'') and the other is '''Stop''' (''やめる'', ''yameru''). If the viewer clicks on the stop button will go directly to the main site, but when the viewer clicks on the see button instead, It will be redirected to a black page that in a few seconds will open a pop-up of a red image written "''Do you like it?''" (あなたは | 好きですか?, ''Anata wa -- suki desu ka?'') while a distorted female voice repeats what is written.

As soon as the viewer tries to close the pop-up it will open again saying the same thing, and the more a user tries to close the pop-up, it seems like a sentence is being formed. The game features a window overlooking a cartoony Winter landscape, with Christmas lights and a nutcracker figurine on the sides. The instructions, which are narrated by a female voice, tell the player that the window has been frosted over, and challenge them to wipe off the frost to "reveal the secrets of the season". A snippet of the Christmas carol ''Deck The Halls'', played on a harpsichord, can be heard in the background.

Once the player presses 'Play' or skips the instructions, a finger appears on the screen, which can be moved by the mouse to wipe off the frost from the window. Wiping it will reduce the frost in some areas, which will, however, quickly freeze over again. The animation and the screamer will always play out the same, regardless of where or how much the player wipes the window, even if they don't wipe it at all.

Moments after the game begins, a blurry figure resembling Santa Claus appears in the background of the Winter landscape. He soon disappears and then re-appears in several different spots, seemingly advancing a bit towards the player's window every time.

After these questions, it shows a box that generates the player's type of death, although it says the same one every time (you will die from a heart attack) then has the same box that chooses the player's date of death. After a couple of seconds, the words "You will die TODAY!" will appear with a loud scream.

Then the text "Just Kidding!" appears, and a button says "Get your real death date." When the player clicks, it will start to generate their date.
