'''Rata Bailando''' (Dancing Rat) is 12-second [[screamer]] video uploaded to [[YouTube]] by user Ramon Fontana on June 30, 2020.

The first three seconds of the video contain a sped-up clip from a 2001 3D animation of a mouse dancing to "You Sexy Thing" by Hot Chocolate made by Michael Loeck with the sound noticeably quiet. As soon as the mouse turns around, a picture of a high-contrast bloody face appears along with an extremely loud noise, which continues for several seconds before the video ends. This video has several mirrors and reuploads of it on YouTube, including censored versions.

The face used in the screamer comes from a [https://youtube.com/shorts/m_n_njWt1P0?feature=share "Void" meme made by TimTam60], and the jumpscare audio is an extremely loud version of the song "[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMBY7IkIE88 Philosophy]" by Whitehouse sped up.

==Discord==
The Discord version of the screamer is so loud that it's able to bypass the volume slider. Some users on YouTube claim the screamer is so loud that it gave them a [[wikipedia:Blue screen of death|blue screen of death]].<ref>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiOhUAp6MT8&lc=Ugws_4EA7iiCPT3kbQl4AaABAg</ref> However, YouTube has a volume limit on how loud a video can be. YouTube's system detects videos containing absurdly loud audio and will automatically lower the volume to a more normal level.

In the comments section of the YouTube video, Ramon claims his friend sent the video to him on Discord, and that he didn't make the screamer. This means the video spread on Discord and existed before Ramon's upload on June 30, 2020.

==Trivia==
* The rat clip is featured in a [https://youtu.be/oax3fmkYAVg video with a Spanish song].
* The rat clip is sped up by 1.5x speed, and Whitehouse - Philosophy in the jumpscare is sped up by 4x.
{{Documentation}}[[Category:4chan templates]]
=== What's this? ===
It's a quotation template based on [[greentext]] that originated on [[4chan]], and can be used for multiline greentext copied straight from the site or from pastebins.

You can use it by [[Template:Gt|<nowiki>{{Gt}}</nowiki>]] or [[Template:Greentext|<nowiki>{{Greentext}}</nowiki>]].

If your quoted text is single line and does not have the {{ic|>}} (quote character), e.g. made as a wiki comment, use [[Template:GreentextTalk]] or [[Template:Gtt]].

=== Example ===
'''What you write:'''<br/>
<!--todo: change the text to a more 4chanian one:-->
<pre>{{Greentext|>Lorem ipsum '''dolor''' sit amet
>consectetur adipiscing elit
>Proin egestas, magna non sollicitudin commodo}}</pre><br/>
<code><nowiki>{{Gt|>Greentext always fills an entire line}}</nowiki></code><br/><br/>
'''What you get:'''<br/>
{{Greentext|>Lorem ipsum '''dolor''' sit amet
First, the website displays a picture of a ghost, accompanied by an loud, echoing scream. '''Genetic Waffle''' is a [[shock site]] created in late 2011 by an anonymous user. The title of the site was inspired by [[Blue Waffle]] along with the picture itself. It even makes a reference to the infamous site with text saying "''It's not <font color="#63868a">blue</font>, it's genetic!''"

When the user enters the site, it shows a pornographic image of a vagina that is either prolapsing or suffering from vulvitis. Apart from the image, not much else is shown as the borders are pure white with some text advertising pornography. However, the website tab above the address bar reads "''Scientists have learned how to grow waffles in laboratories''."
'''Jeffy.exe''' is a [[Shock site|shock user page]] located on [[Encyclopedia Dramatica]], Like [[Offended]] and [[The Pain Series]]. The page is named after the character Jeffy from the web series ''SML''.

The user page starts with a message that the supposed creepypasta is similar to Sonic.exe, and tells the user to not say it was copied. Messages like this were common with Sonic.exe clones on the site Geoshea's Creepypasta Wiki.

Instead, it shows a very long montage of gruesome images involving pornography, gore, and more gruesome content. At the end of the page, a photo of a boy with down syndrome dressed as Superman is shown, with the caption "You're a winner, my friend."
'''UFO Screamer''' is a prank originating on [[YouTube]] that sets itself up as information on the existence of aliens and their modes of transportation. The video has been in existence since June 2006, where it was uploaded by user Log Bog, maker of the [[Stickman Screamer]] series.

The video starts off by claiming that a man caught footage of a UFO back in 1997. The video tells the player to simply watch. The video then shows a low quality news broadcast of the sky. After this, the video states that a woman went into the forest to take a picture. This alleged picture is then shown, where the video zooms into the trees. Not long after however, a grey alien appears along with a distorted noises. The text at the end states "If only this were true."
'''Large Mysterious Fish Eats a Duck''' is an Australian [[screamer]] video uploaded by to [[YouTube]] by Patrick Nazar ('''antirealm''')<ref>https://web.archive.org/web/20060206054426/http://www.antirealm.com/staff.php</ref> on June 4, 2006. As of 2021, the video has accumulated 11,097,349 views.

The video itself seems to be homemade, showing a camera recording of ducks swimming in a pond while the song "Blackbird" by The Beatles plays. After a short amount of seconds, a person wearing a cheap-looking skull mask with white hair jumps in front of the camera accompanied by a shortened version of the [[K-fee]] scream.

In mid-2022, Patrick Nazar returned and re-opened the Antirealm website to sell merchandise of the mask used for the screamer.<ref>archive.ph/Ojce8</ref>
'''Stickman Screamer''' is a [[screamer]] video created and uploaded by Log Bog (Shadow Fuckface) on June 1, 2006.

In the beginning, some text was shown notifying the users that some may find the video disturbing. The video then cuts to a black stick figure moving or dancing on a white background. After that, more text appears saying that a man who made an animation found something strange after watching it.

The animation then repeats, but after it finishes it zooms in, inviting the viewer to look closer. Then, a picture of ''[[wikipedia:Jim Root|James Root]]'' pops up along with a loud scream.

There's a [[Stickman Screamer 2|part two]] uploaded in 2009 by the same creator.
'''Dumb and Dumber Ghost''' is one of the earliest [[YouTube]] [[screamers]], uploaded by [[YouTube]] user Reese Patterson on April 15, 2006.

The video shows a clip from the titular movie. The scene in question is the diner scene. The clip plays normally, until the video asks if the viewer spotted a ghost in that scene. It replays it, stating that the ghost will be circled.

The red circle appears on the van visible from the window. The Dumb and Dumber scream is herd faintly. After a few more seconds, a piece of art by Frank Rivera of a screaming man with boiling skin appears with an extremely loud, piercing scream.
'''Screamer Video Montage''' is one of the earliest [[screamer]] [[reaction videos]] that is actually a [[screamer]] itself uploaded to [[YouTube]] made by ''Chris Jones'' on April 12nd, 2006.

The video is a montage that consists of 4 videos of people getting scared by screamers, with the Benny Hill Theme playing in the background, however, after the last reaction, the [[screamer]] faces from [[What's Wrong?]] and [[Jingle Bells Reversed]] pop up continuously repeated in a flashing way along with a loud scream.
==All Reactions==
*'''Reaction #1''' - The first video shows two children playing [[Zoeken]]. A man, probably their father, is seen pushing their faces closer to the screen before the screamer pops up, which causes the kids to run out of the room in a panic.
*'''Reaction #2''' - The second one is an '''''ebaumsworld.com''''' video about a bearded man with shoulder-length hair getting scared by [[Jingle Bells Reversed]] and falling out of his chair.
*'''Reaction #3''' - The third one is a clip from the infamous home video where a [[The Maze#Reactions|Justice plays the Scary Maze Game]] and gets so scared that he starts hitting the screen with both hands, and then later runs away and cries, which is not shown in this excerpt.
*'''Reaction #4''' - The fourth and final video features a man with headphones playing an unidentified screamer (possibly the Scary Maze game, but it's hard to see) and jumping up in his chair so high that he ends up hitting the table with his foot, accidentally knocking over some plastic cups, and falling over, while his friend laughs at him. The part of him jumping is shown again in slow-motion, right before the video's actual screamer finally pops up.
'''Zelda subliminal Message''' is a YouTube screamer released by Reese Patterson on March 6, 2006. This <s>is</s> was the oldest screamer that originated on YouTube that is indexed on the wiki.

The video starts by telling the viewer that Nintendo snuck something secret in when Link drops his shield. The video then plays a clip, from the 2000 Spaceworld Zelda Gamecube tech demo, of <s>Zelda</s> Link fighting Ganon. After the clip is played, the video then asks players if they saw or heard something: The clip then plays again. This time, the video gets interrupted by the creator's face with the same scream from [[Dumb and Dumber Ghost]]. and ended it with an infamous phrase from [[K-fee]].
'''2 Ringed UFO''' is a [[screamer]] video uploaded by an unknown user, it was re-uploaded back to [[YouTube]] by publicposter on February 10th, 2006, reaching over 500,000 views. The re-uploaded version is one of the earliest [[YouTube]] screamers documented on the wiki and was placed in 3rd place.

The video claims to be a true UFO video; it starts with old VHS footage filmed on March 10, 2001, depicting a UFO, zooming in but not far enough, the UFO blinks and begins to shine. But suddenly, a moving picture of an alien appears along with a loud scream, and the video reverts to the footage.
'''Where's Waldo?''' is an old [[screamer]] animation based on the British book series Where's Waldo, and has similarities to [[What's Wrong?]], the animation was originally uploaded to [[Newgrounds]] by the user PimpMasterKDOG (or simply called for his short pseudonym, KDOG) in Dec 16th, 2001.

The original begins with the main menu and a start button, the gameplay is to find Waldo in a crowded people, from the PC game ''[[wikipedia:Where's Waldo in the Circus|Where's Waldo in the Circus]]'', Once the player finds it (Waldo is behind the grandma's shoulder), the text: "Congratulation" appears before being replaced by "''You Found Waldo''", this version does not have a [[screamer]], Another [[screamer]] was shortly made after, uploaded to [[Newgrounds]] at 10:32 PM, which doesn't contain a [[screamer]] likewise to the previous.

== Versions ==
The original [[screamer]] version was published on July 17th, 2002 by TheGuyYouAllHate. with Waldo removed from a large crowd of people, and inviting the player to find him while [https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/57335 Circus music] plays, After about 30 seconds, a picture of [[Pazuzu]] from the 1973 horror film ''[[wikipedia:The Exorcist (film)|The Exorcist]]'' appears, accompanied by a scream from the video game [[wikipedia:Mortal Kombat 2|Mortal Kombat 2]], in the description, it states that it was made a few weeks ago, TeKZoned hosted this version.

There's an alternate version of this with the [[What's Wrong?]] face. Scooby Doo laughs as the screen flashes with yellow lights in the eye sockets and a different scream. Another, an even shorter version exists, which includes [[Regan MacNeil]] from the same movie at the end, along with two screaming children. (actually, Bart and Lisa Simpson from ''[[wikipedia:The Simpsons|The Simpsons]]'').

[[YouTube]] user PrepareForAScare uploaded one more alternative version on October 17, 2010. The image is that of a vampire with the scream of a girl instead of the original image and audio.
'''The Maze''', also known as the '''Scary Maze Game''', was a Flash game created in October 2004 by game developer and programmer [[Jeremy Winterrowd]].

This Flash prank disguises itself as a simple maze game in which the player has to utilize their mouse cursor to move a small dot through the maze. At the start screen, there is a note informing the player that the objective of the game is to pass through all four levels, and the player cannot touch the walls; however, there are only three levels in the game. The game also explains that it is best with the volume on, but there's no sound in any part of the game.

==Gameplay==
The first two levels are easy to complete. But as the third level is reached, the walls begin to shrink and have sharp turns, making it difficult to avoid touching them. This usually makes the player concentrate on the screen. Then, near the first curve to the left of the maze sharp part (The game also knows if the player is cheating; if they use right-click), a close-up image of [[Regan MacNeil]] from the 1973 supernatural horror film ''[[wikipedia:The Exorcist|The Exorcist]]'' pops up along with a loud, distorted scream that plays twice, scaring the player.

The game was uploaded to Jeremy's now-defunct personal website, Winterrowd.com in 2005. The original version of the game had some slight differences in color, where orange/yellow with alternative text was used instead of cyan. There's an alternative version of the game that is used in the comedy television series ''[[America's Funniest Home Videos]]'', where Regan at the end is replaced with the one from [[What's Wrong?]],<ref>youtu.be/qNW7Zzgapsg?t=30</ref> due to concerns regarding copyrighted content.

== Reactions ==
{{Main|Reaction videos}}
[[File:Reaction.png|thumb|left|220x220px|Justice playing The Maze, one of the famous screamers.]]
Many people have posted videos of other people reacting to the game. The first [https://odysee.com/@screamreuploads:e/chad-pranks-his-stepson-justice:2 reaction video] on YouTube was uploaded by OUTLAW713, on February 21, 2006.<ref>http://web.archive.org/web/20070306004420/https://youtube.com/watch?v=Bvv7MBZk_f4</ref> In the [[reaction video]], a young kid, ''Justice'', is playing the maze. Then, he gets surprised by the screamer. Shocked, he starts screaming and repeatedly hitting the computer screen. He then runs to his stepdad, Chad, and starts crying. The original video and channel were terminated or taken down sometime in 2009, however, some reuploads had over 27 million views.
The most viewed Maze Game video was uploaded by YouTube user nalts and has accumulated over 43 million views as of October 2017. However, the channel was terminated by [[YouTube]] moderators.

===Level 4===
[[File:Level4.jpg|thumb|One of the supposed "Level 4"s.|right|200x200px]]
Even though only three levels exist in the game code, some videos circulated about a secret fourth level. On [[YouTube]], there are some fake videos of people supposedly successfully going through the 3rd level and finally entering the 4th level. The earliest "[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXWsd5_qlpw tutorial]" on how to get to the 4th level was uploaded by the YouTube user SoccerMomDebbie on October 19, 2008.

Other videos of the mysterious level continued to circulate. [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NedCSuGt0eg This video], which has more than 1.25 million views as of 2019 showed the cursor make a shortcut (which in practice would have killed the player) in level 3 unlocks a trigger to level 4 (pictured); once finishing the level, the game goes back to the main screen; text asks the viewer; "care to try a little bit faster this time?".

Outside of YouTube, users on Answers.com also about how to access the level; in response, users either replied a fake way or told the asker that level 4 does not exist.<ref>https://www.answers.com/Q/How_do_you_get_to_level_4_in_the_scary_maze_game</ref>

The fake level 4 was confirmed to have been made in Adobe Photoshop and played using the Microsoft Paint eraser.

=== Parodies ===
''The Maze'' has been parodied on [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CD0ZbvIyQE Saturday Night Live]. '''AV Test''' is a [[Flash]] game created by Jimmy Egeland, published on [[Albino Blacksheep]]. The game starts with an introduction by "BLY University" in Youngstown Ohio (Said institution does not exist) which tells of a study that correlated visual and audio recognition and intelligence. (Said study did not happen.)

The game will ask for the player's gender before asking them to test their audio. (This section only exists to get the viewer to turn up their volume, in Part 1, it asks the player to answer a simple question about a series of images and beeps, in Part 2 asks the player to answer a simple question about a continuous tone and some moving dots.

In the last part, it asks the player to click on glowing dots on a black screen. The player is told that they have to click the dots as fast as they can. (This gets the viewer to focus on the screen.) After 10–15 seconds, a moving image of a skeleton mask will appear on screen with a loud scream, The game will then cut to a screen that says "Think that was scary?" before cutting to a screen advertising "America's Best Haunts".

The animation starts in a stating text "''When music is played backwards... Messages can be heard... Are these diliberate? ...or something more sinister? You decide for yourself''" in a passage where the release of James Bond film ''Die Another Day''. when the film gets highly popular with pictures of many great actors and few cameos.

From here, Madonna provided the title track from this movie and it was a hit to it's own. when start playing by an extract from this song with lyrics, the same extract is played in reversed. however, then a quarter will happen, a lizard boy appears and fast zooms in with a high-pitched scream, Then a text stating "''Gullible, aren't you?''"

This game features a comic caricature of a Hindu man standing in front of the Taj Mahal, with some sitar music playing. The object of the game is to keep annoying the Hindu by continuously poking the bindi on his forehead, in order to get him to eventually attack the player. every time the player clicks the bindi, the Hindu will calmly say something like “''Enough!''”, “''Ouch!''” or “''No more!''”

And the Anger Level bar on the right will go up a bit. When it reaches about the halfway point, long before the player would expect it, the Hindu will suddenly freak out and leap towards the screen with a loud scream as if he's trying to strangle the viewer, while the background gets tinted in a red color.
''Akai Heya Complete Version'' (赤い部屋完全版, ''Akai Heya Kanzen Han'') is a [[screamer]] [[flash]] animation made by Gato☆Mi. The game is based on the most famous Japanese urban legend, [http://web.archive.org/web/20161130071604/https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Room_(animation) Akai Heya].

The urban legend was so famous that was even the reason why people in Japan became paranoic to surf the Internet in the time where the Akai Heya rumor became famous since there was no pop-up block system at that time, which means it will lead to the Akai Heya pop up anytime.

==Gameplay==
When accessing the site, it will first warn the viewer that since it is scary, it is not recommended for people with heart problems or people who are bad at scary things. Below, there will be two options, the first one is '''View''' (''みる'', ''miru'') and the other is '''Stop''' (''やめる'', ''yameru''). If the viewer clicks on the stop button will go directly to the main site, but when the viewer clicks on the see button instead, It will be redirected to a black page that in a few seconds will open a pop-up of a red image written "''Do you like it?''" (あなたは | 好きですか?, ''Anata wa -- suki desu ka?'') while a distorted female voice repeats what is written.

As soon as the viewer tries to close the pop-up it will open again saying the same thing, and the more a user tries to close the pop-up, it seems like a sentence is being formed. Then, in the last pop-up, the sentence will finally be finished and will read: "''Do you like red rooms?''" (あなたは赤い部屋が好きですか？ ''Anata wa akai heya ga suki desu ka?'') and the female voice will repeat the entire sentence without distorting the voice.

After that, the pop-up closes and it will be directed to a red page with a list of names who, according to the Akai Heya urban legend/rumor, were the victims of this pop-up and died soon after seeing that list. Minutes later, it will be redirected to a page with a picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] from ''[[wikipedia:The Exorcist (film)|The Exorcist]]'' along with a loud scream. Some versions will instead link to the [[What's Wrong?]] screamer, complete with the 30 seconds of blank room before the scream
'''The White Christmas Game''' was a Sabotage [[screamer]] by [[Liquid Generation]], the screamer was taken down in 2016, along with the entire Liquid Generation website.

The game features a window overlooking a cartoony Winter landscape, with Christmas lights and a nutcracker figurine on the sides. The instructions, which are narrated by a female voice, tell the player that the window has been frosted over, and challenge them to wipe off the frost to "reveal the secrets of the season". A snippet of the Christmas carol ''Deck The Halls'', played on a harpsichord, can be heard in the background.

Once the player presses 'Play' or skips the instructions, a finger appears on the screen, which can be moved by the mouse to wipe off the frost from the window. Wiping it will reduce the frost in some areas, which will, however, quickly freeze over again. The animation and the screamer will always play out the same, regardless of where or how much the player wipes the window, even if they don't wipe it at all.

Moments after the game begins, a blurry figure resembling Santa Claus appears in the background of the Winter landscape. He soon disappears and then re-appears in several different spots, seemingly advancing a bit towards the player's window every time.

Eventually, he will appear in the foreground near the center, after which an edited Santa Claus with a face from the 1997 horror movie ''Jack Frost'' and a pointy hammer in his hand that has blood on both ends will suddenly pop up with a loud scream right in front of the window, which gets immediately smashed in.

The game starts by displaying some information telling the player that a group of scientists installed the cameras in the hospital shop to capture ghosts and the camera they used to record has a very advanced recording system that can detect minimal noises, followed by another text advising the player to turn up the volume to hear the "whispers"

The gameplay will start by clicking the "view exhibit" button. After clicking it, the player can now view the hospital shop. After a while, a badly drawn ghost appears and screeches.
'''When Will I/You Die?''' was a [[Adobe Flash Player|flash]] [[screamer]]s Sabotage created by [[Liquid Generation]], the game was taken down along with the entire [[Liquid Generation]] site.

It shows a quiz that supposedly tells the player how and when they will die by asking them simple questions such as their age, weight, and more. After these questions, it shows a box that generates the player's type of death, although it says the same one every time (you will die from a heart attack) then has the same box that chooses the player's date of death. After a couple of seconds, the words "You will die TODAY!" will appear with a loud scream.

Then the text "Just Kidding!" appears, and a button says "Get your real death date." When the player clicks, it will start to generate their date. Below the text "You will die:", the word "NOW!" suddenly pops up, and the scene from [[Wikipedia:Peter Jackson|Peter Jackson's]] ''[[Wikipedia:Braindead (film)|Braindead]]'' (''Dead Alive'' in the U.S.) where Vera is overfilled with embalming fluid appears on the screen, with a picture of a bloody man with glasses from the same movie, one popping up twice, The picture zooms in and out.

This is followed by the text "You've been Sabotaged," as well as a link to the website and a button to play the prank again. There is another version featuring the bloody man with glasses appearing when it says "you will die TODAY!" before it says "Just Kidding!" and can be accessed on the [http://web.archive.org/ Wayback Machine].
'''What's Wrong With This Picture?''' was a clone/recreation of the infamous [[What's Wrong?|What's Wrong]] screamer, by the now defunct website ''Weasel Circus''. The game begins with instructions to figure out what is wrong with the picture about to be shown and offers a play button to begin.

Once the play button is clicked, it pans to a picture of a kitchen; naturally, there's nothing unusual about it; however, after 30 seconds, a loud, familiar scream (also heard in "You Will Not Believe How Deep This Hole Is!") plays, and the image abruptly changes to a close-up of Frankenstein's Monster as he appears on the front cover of the 1931 film [[wikipedia:Frankenstein (1931 film)|with the same name]].

The screamer then ends on a lighter note by stating: "Hope we didn't startle you too bad!"
The Homo was a [[shock site]] and work of digital art depicting a middle aged man engaged in a sexual pose. The picture originated in 2003 and was taken in the home of a middle aged man known simply as The Homo. The image contains a number of interesting features - the man is wearing women's lingerie and some women's headwear he bought from eBay. The sexual nature of this artwork is clear - the model inserts a sexual device in his anus and also a dildo into his mouth. His penis is covered with what appears to be an empty water bottle.

According to the site, "This artistic image is similar to other works such as [[Tubgirl]], [[Jarsquatter|1 Man 1 Jar]], and [[BME Pain Olympics]]. The Artistic meaning behind the image is aimed at forcing the viewer to consider a number of themes, such as materialism and racism."

There was also a mirror of ''Thehomo.org'' known as Bigimage, which features the image along with an extremely loud audio of the line from Darkest Dungeon: "ancient traps unsprung and thirsting for blood". It was one of the shock sites created by [[User:Kekmaguy|ObokTheSecond]], and this one is assumed to be the successor of [[Kekma.net]].
'''The Pain Series''' is a set of seven [[shock site|shock images]] created by user Huge_Midget on the Something Awful Forums in 2003. The Pain Series contains seven collages of images involving dead people, genital diseases, mutilation, gore, pornography, images from other shock sites like [[Goatse]] and [[Tubgirl]], and more gruesome content.

In 2003, the website Crazyninjas.org was created and hosted all seven Pain Series images until it shut down for violating the host provider's terms of service.

The Pain Series was eventually popularized by [[Encyclopedia Dramatica]] and is used in some pages and templates on the site. Templates that include the Pain Series hyperlink the images to a [[Last Measure]] mirror website called kittens.bioghost.com.

Pages that include the Pain Series on Encyclopedia Dramatica include "Kittens", "Puppies", "Pain Series", and several userpages and talk pages. Multiple articles on the site also include links to pages containing the Pain Series.
'''Stop Scary Flash''' was a [[flash]] [[screamer]] animation created by [[MJBDiver]] ([[Cinema du Comical Cartoon Calamities]]) on 2003.

The animation is disguised as a public announcement (PSA) against the screamers. In the animation, it was pointed out that internet users are against the screamers. When the player clicks the button, the animation shows a line of text saying: "The internet is in serious trouble" and others saying: "There are enough screams on the internet to scare the population of Luxembourg".

On the seventh page, however, a creepy face appears with the effect of "pinching my eyes / punching my mouth" along with a short "Raaah!" before the play button shows up and says, "Working together, we can all stop scary flash."
Neither had I, until someone emailed me asking for a copy of the ROM.''"

When accessing the page, The text:. The picture that says "Polybius" near the top of the article is an animation of a Zombie from [[Wikipedia:Fatal Frame|Fatal Frame]], along with a loud scream, in addition, the site provides some information summarizing the story of an urban arcade game: "Polybius" expect for one part that states: "//Interrupting the game with a screaming horror like the one on the top of this page (which probably just cost me a few friends.)''"
'''Small scary flash''' was a [[screamer]] [[flash]] animation created and hosted by [[MJBDiver]] ([[Cinema du Comical Cartoon Calamities]]) in 2003, as part of his [[screamer]] animations.

The animation starts with an extremely small image. The animation is obviously embedded in 20 x 20 pixels. However, when the player zooms in, only cyan, white and dark blue pixels are mixed in. After a short second, an image of a skull flashes for one second, but it is blurred into small pixels along with a strange and loud scream, the animation repeats afterward.
