Scaring My Little Bro is a screamer video uploaded by MrChuckles7700 on January 11th, 2008, the video itself deliberately tricks the viewer into thinking it's just a screamer reaction.

The video begins with the text "Scare my little brother with a scream" and shows the creator's little brother reacting to K-fee commercials. However, the creator then adds a twist by claiming that slow-motion messed up his computer while recording. As the video slows down and zooms in on the computer, a picture of a face from What's Wrong? suddenly pops up thrice along with a loud scream which is also repeated thrice. The scream is actually Ren Höek from The Ren & Stimpy Show.
Mr. Mackey Buys Pants is an April Fools fangame posing as a fangame called "Trapper Keeper Revolutions" (based on a South Park episode from season 4 called Trapper Keeper) by "Beamer", which has a screamer at the end.

The game opens with a Beamer Games logo, announced in a deliberately silly voice, followed by a menu with "MR MACKEY BUYS PANTS" being repeated and chanted in an equally moronic sounding voice. The menu gives two options, "BUY PANTS", or "DON'T BUY PANTS". The latter does nothing, so upon pressing the former, you are taken to the "first-level", in which silly music is playing, and you control South Park character, Mr. Mackey, as he floats around a world of giant pants/trousers, and you're given no instructions on what you're supposed to do. After 30 seconds, however, a vibrating closeup of Katie Embry from The Ring pops up with a loud, high-pitched, echoing scream, followed by the game saying "APRIL FOOLS" along with a clown horn, and then the application ends.

The game, as well as all other South Park fangames from spgarchives.com disappeared in 2009/2010, however, they have since 2019 been reinstated here: https://southparkgaming.com/games.html
What's Wrong With This Picture? was a clone/recreation of the infamous What's Wrong screamer, by the now defunct website Weasel Circus. The game begins with instructions to figure out what is wrong with the picture about to be shown and offers a play button to begin.

Once the play button is clicked, it pans to a picture of a kitchen; naturally, there's nothing unusual about it; however, after 30 seconds, a loud, familiar scream (also heard in You will not believe how DEEP this hole is!!!) plays, and the image abruptly changes to a close-up of Henry Frankenstein's Monster (portrayed by the late Boris Karloff) as he appears on the front cover of the 1931 film with the same name.

The screamer then ends on a lighter note by stating: "Hope we didn't startle you too bad!"
Ball Drop E Card was a Liquid Generation Sabotage screamer. The screamer was taken down along with the entire Liquid Generation website.

When the player presses the play button, a countdown begins on a ball that is gradually falling. When the countdown ends, the ball crashes, and glass splashes all over the screen/a man's face, before cutting out to the man with glass in his face along with a series of high pitched screams and "GOD DAMMIT!". The screamer, as we all know, ends with the ninja saying his usual phrase "Click here for more sabotage!" before getting crushed by, this time, the Ball Drop logo. Unlike Liquid Generation's end screens that appear on most screamers, it wishes the user a happy new year.
The Counting Game is a screamer game created and uploaded on Newgrounds in 2006, by user koit, a Flash comedian known for his works throughout 2004-2006.

The screamer disguises itself as a simple game, in which the objective is to count how many instances of a word/letter there are within a passage of text. The player must answer into a text box before the 60-second timer runs out. However, the textbox is fake and cannot be typed into. Once the timer decreases to 45 seconds, a screaming, glaring zombie from Evil Dead (same used in Tic-Tac-Toe) suddenly flashes onto the screen with a loud, echoing, high-pitched scream. After this, it advertises kit's website and offers a replay button.
The Hand Eye Coordination Test was another one of those Sabotages games, created by Liquid Generation on 2005, after a long closure, the site was taken down along with the entire Liquid Generation site.

The game coordinates the player's eye vision, and the motor skills in individuals, the reason is for being in the computer for too long, and can seriously affect someone's finger dexterity, the player has given 5 tasks to do, such as Speed Visualization, and Reaction Time, the first tasks involves the fly, and the player has to kill it while it was moving around, since it's a Hand-Eye Test, the player has given a stop-time, to measure the speed how they accomplish the tasks in seconds.

After killing the fly, the player moves on to the next task, and the second task, the player must click the buttons that immediately turns red, clicking them will increase the percentage of the player's accuracy, in the last task, the player must concentrate on the movement of the dot, in the "s" shaped slide, after a few seconds, the screen cuts into an animation of an eye oozing blood, along with a loud voice screaming "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!! MY EYE, OUUUUUUUCH, OUCH, ugh!", before cutting to the Liquid Generation outro.
WonkyTonkBotty's Crapsterpiece is an intentionally poorly made (for a contest of such nature) Downfall Parody/Michael Rosen YouTube Poop made by WonkyTonkBotty or known as Ponkenstein; part of the intentional poor-quality is that it contains several different screamers/jumpscares at random moments:

* At 1:27, a picture of Harrybo's Grandad suddenly shoots into the screen with a blood-curdling scream from Psycho. It ends by Micheal Rosen interrupts it.

* At 2:17, smile.jpg pops up with the same scream from Scary Tic-Tac-Toe/Escape the Spooky Room.

* At 6:02, the jumpscare from the game Killer Escape (a dead body falls on top of you from a locker) appears.

* Finally, at 6:33, a different picture of Amy from Fright Night appears with another familiar scream with the text saying “2 BAD!!!!!!!111” after the video asks about the viewer doesn’t like the creator’s use of grossout and offensive humor, followed by the montage of random offensive, sexual jokes from the creator’s Downfall Parodies and Micheal Rosen YTPs.
The Chiyo Chan Colab (Misspelling of Collab) is a series of spam flash animations created on Newgrounds, with some hidden screamers, made by FatBadger and Brick-Toppp.

For the most part, it's just a flurry of poorly made references to Azumanga Daioh character Chiyo Mihama; some with "earrape", others with crude jokes, etc. However, the fourth option contains a screamer. Once selected, it displays an image with the text "the real-life Chiyo-Chan", then slowly pans to a picture of a girl cosplaying as Chiyo-Chan. Suddenly, it switches to a black-and-white flashing drawing of an angry face, over a distorted, pitch-shifted, and fast-paced looping scream. This is followed by TV static; another, much more distorted, electronic-sounding scream plays over the current scream, and the words: "CHIYO CHAN IS FOR FAGGOTS!!!!!" appear. This continuously loops until you go back to the main menu.

Sequels
<blockquote><u>NOTE</u>: Two sequels were made to this "collab" contained screamers. The third option in this collab also contains "earrape", which may scare headphone users.</blockquote>

Second version
The second version goes along with the brick top, a poorly drawn cartoon Wade Fulp (older brother of Newgrounds creator Tom) is masturbating to Chiyo Mihama. however, the screamer will show a flashing text "Stop masturbating to Chiyo-chan, Wade".

Third version
The third version with the first option is Reverent, which has featured such as the Goatse image.

The last option starts with a Russian speaking animation featuring Chiyo Mihama, after this a few seconds, a flashing zoom in head pops up along with an electronic scream.
Mr. Mackey Buys Pants is an April Fools South Park fangame posing as a fangame called "Trapper Keeper Revolutions" (based on a South Park episode from season 4 called Trapper Keeper) by "Beamer", which has a screamer at the end.

The game opens with a Beamer Games logo, announced in a deliberately silly voice, followed by a menu with "MR MACKEY BUYS PANTS" being repeated chanted in an equally moronic sounding voice. The menu gives two options, "BUY PANTS", or "DON'T BUY PANTS". The latter does nothing, so upon pressing the former, you are taken to the "first level", in which silly music is playing, and you control South Park character Mr. Mackey, as he floats around a world of giant pants/trousers, and you're given no instructions on what you're supposed to do.

After 30 seconds however, a vibrating closeup Katie Embry from The Ring pops up with a loud, high pitched, echoing scream, followed by the game saying "APRIL FOOLS" along with a clown horn, and then the application ends.

The game, as well as all other South Park fangames from spgarchives.com disappeared in 2009/2010, however, they are still available on the Wayback Machine.
The Viacom logo plays normally until the video reaches 0:05, an edited version of the face from the VID logo (a TV channel, known as BND or ВИD in Russian) <span>zooms in towards the camera and cracks the screen, along with a loud roar </span>and the background music from the original ВИD logo.

The objective is to guide the dot through the maze, without touching the walls. Near the end of the second level, a black and white picture of a drawn demon baby will zoom in and out on a red background with a loud scream, the scream is also used in Zoeken and Jessica Alba Naked.
There's an English Version of the game, called Tiny Dot Maze, with slight differences to the same color, where the face is replaced with the same picture from hai2u.
What's Wrong? is a Flash animation from 2001. The animation starts with a still picture of a dining room. After about 30 seconds, a black and white picture of a woman with large black eyes, a wide open mouth and her hands on her face with her pinky fingers raised, briefly appears accompanied by a male scream. The animation then repeats.

Being Reuploaded on multiple websites like YouTube, this animation has gained many views. The screamer has also been featured on TV shows like America's Funniest Home Videos. screamers of this kind became more and more popular as they began to circulate on the Internet. A few more examples of this are What's wrong with this picture? and Zoeken.

A version of the screamer (titled "Ghost in the picture") with the music and scream from the K-fee car commercial also exists.

My Grandmother's Murder is a flash screamer animation uploaded on Newgrounds by Zephret in 2004.

The preloader for the flash opens with a passage about why the uploader decided to make the video, and how difficult it was to produce, because of the uploader's emotional distress over the titular murder of their grandmother, Elizabeth Rose Connor.

In small text below this passage, it says "Originally I did voice record, but several times I broke down and cried whilst doing so. Therefore, I have used a digital voice. My apologies for the inconvenience. Caution: This flash may contain disturbing images of my grandmother." This is bait to tempt the viewer to turn up their volume, but also potentially clues the viewer in about the flash's true nature.

From there, the flash shows a picture of the titular grandmother Elizabeth Rose Connor, with some memorial text being read very quietly by a Speakonia text-to-speech voice; it then slowly details what happened, leading to her death. The story claims she picked up a hitch hiker on the road, and took the hiker home for a cup of coffee. (All the while ambient music plays in the background to prompt a volume increase)

The flash then pans to a picture of a house, and details text of how the hitch hiker proceeded to stab her with a knife, when all of a sudden, a heavily blurred picture of a face of what seems to be a human corpse pops up with a high pitched female scream. (If one looks closely, the screamer image is very small, but visible in the house window before it pops up)

The flash then ends by saying "Got you! Send this to your friends and scare them! Use the link below."

It can be assumed the entire story is fake, and that the lady in the story is of no relation to the video uploader.
Are You Colourblind? is a flash screamer made by dragonsplace.co.uk in 2002.

It pretends to be a colourblind test, but after one clicks on the "enter" button on the third question, a flashing picture of a eye with severe conjunctivitis pops up with a chaotic scream and an electric shock sound effect, with the occasional flash of an inverted closeup of an eyeball. After the text "YOU ARE COLOURBLIND" flashes for into a 1 second. Then the screen shifts to the credits with the words "YOU LOSER!!!!!!!!!!!" as well a Replay button.
