The game follows the format of the "[[What's Wrong With This Picture?]]" screamer. The game presents the player with an image of characters from gombby (show)playing in a plantation field and challenges them to find an unusual element within the picture. A message at the bottom of the screen instructs the player to find the "irregularity" within 25 seconds, with sound effects provided to help the player in the search. However, there is a twist: the picture itself is not the problem. Instead, a timer begins counting down from 25 seconds, and at the 2-second mark, an image of [[Regan MacNeil]] from ''[[wikipedia:The Exorcist|The Exorcist]]'' appears, accompanied by the same scream from the horror game Slendytubby. <br />

The player is then taken to a fake "Try Again" screen, featuring a different image with non-functional buttons that trigger a deranged woman's scream when the mouse is hovered over them. Clicking on "You Bet" brings up the same Regan MacNeil picture from before, while clicking on "Maybe Later" reveals a joke image of the creators' original character, which is inspired by a flash animation, [[Chris the Jack-o-Lantern 2]].<br />
