The video is a two-digit digital clock, counting down from sixty seconds. It's fully silent and the number is green until reaches thirty seconds, at which point the theme song from the American game show ''[[Wikipedia:Jeopardy!|Jeopardy!]]'' begins to play and the number turns yellow. At fifteen seconds the number turns red and under ten seconds the number starts flashing red and white, it keeps flash faster as the time decreases. When the time runs out, the background begins flashing and a buzzing sound will play for 2 seconds; a picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] from ''[[Wikipedia: The Exorcist|The Exorcist]]'' will appear right after, with a generic, normal female scream that was also used in the game Slendytubbies.

The video is designed to be a prank, aimed at people intending to use this as a countdown for any purpose. The video has accumulated over 300,000 views since its upload.

This video is rumored to be a modified version of another video published in 2006 with the same title and the same timer but with a different screamer. After the time hits 0, a video of a dark room starts playing and after a few seconds of pure silence and pitch black a person with a [[wikipedia:Krusty the Clown|Krusty the Clown]] mask from the American animated sitcom, [[wikipedia:The Simpsons|The Simpsons]] (with fake blood smeared on the eyes and mouth) jumps up from the bottom with an extremley loud blood-curling scream. Unfortunately, this video has been taken down for unknown reasons.

This video is actually a reupload of another video with the same title and the same timer but with a different screamer: after the time runs out a video of a dark room starts playing and then a person with a Krusty the Clown mask (with fake blood smeared on it) will jump from the bottom and a very loud scream will start play. Unfortunately, this video has been taken down, and this is the reupload with the Regan McNail jumpscare.

The video starts with an image of the world map: Red text on the map reads: "I want you to count how many flags you are able to count until the end of the video. There is one clue: There are more than 200 flags." The text fades out to be replaced by a huge "Are you ready?" and a red "Go!!!" within a green spiky speech bubble. The game begins here: The video proceeds to show a fast slideshow of flags from around the world, requiring the viewer to concentrate on the video. Despite the video claiming to have "more than 200", the number of actual unique flags is much lower(157). Many flags get repeated a lot in the slideshow, with [[Wikipedia:Australia|Australia]] and [[Wikipedia:France|France]] being among the biggest offenders.
