According to the video description, it was a project created for a high school history class. The video starts with a presentation on the Lemont-Argone, Illinois F4 tornado that occurred on June 13, 1976. The title card features a drawing of a tornado, and the next slide displays a sign saying "U-turn permitted" with the text "U-turn tornado" written below it.

The first part of the video shows satellite pictures of the evolution of the Lemont-Argone supercell that spawned the F4 tornado, taken at 15-minute intervals from 5 to 7 PM CDT.
