The video is based on the horror film ''[[wikipedia:The Ring (2002 film)|The Ring]]'' and warns viewers that they will die in seven days after watching it. The video instructs viewers to increase the volume to hear a message and to pray for "survival" before showing a series of unsettling images that resemble the cursed videotape from the movie. The video then warns viewers that they will be doomed unless they read a special message to break the curse. However, when the word "message" appears, a close-up image of [[Regan MacNeil]] with [[Pazuzu]]'s face visible from ''[[wikipedia:The Exorcist|The Exorcist]]'' suddenly appears on the screen with a short, distorted scream, which is used in the screamer portion of [[Subliminal Music and Images]].
