Just as Sam leans in to kiss her, the scene suddenly shifts to Ruby's face being disfigured, such as having a missing jaw, grey skin, and being covered in blood as her dark eyes drip with inky black tears. This is followed by the same scream used in [[Don't Catch Cat]].
