The inspiration for Flash development was drawn from a website called Jigokuhen, renowned for its Flash animations, while the game's concept originated from the developer's interest in the occult and horror radio wave sites. In 2019, the developer announced on rewriting the game in HTML5 to adapt to the impending removal of the Flash plugin, which finished in February 2020.

Failing to do so redirects them to ''Main.html''. Notably, every time players hit a Guardi-eye or the exposed weak point of the Pieyama God, they gradually build up a special skill called "SKILL." Using this skill allows players to unleash a powerful move called the "Magic Sword slash", which eliminates any remaining Guardi-eyes and causing about 60 damage to the exposed weak point of the Pieyama God. After successfully defeating the Pieyama God, a path to the game's end becomes available. These windows move randomly across the screen, except for the winking eye. Interestingly, these windows depict Eris as the profile account, website icon, and bookmarks. The web addresses consistently repeat the word "chaos."
====Heartbeat window====
This page presents a narrow hallway containing four hidden areas at the bottom, a door at the hallway's end, and four concealed panels (two on each wall). Clicking the door without solving the puzzles in the hidden areas results in a game over as the player gets sliced by a character named Nata Onna. To advance, players must solve the puzzles found on this page.
 
Behind the two hidden panels on the left wall, there are a keypad and half of a map, while the panels on the right wall contain the other half of the map and a red button. Clicking the red button yields no effect if done before entering the code on the keypad. The map pieces reveal the order in which the player should click the bottom areas, each displaying gray feet with letters "D," "B," or "A," depending on the order of clicks. Following the map's order results in the sequence "DBDA." Inputting this code into the keypad causes the top part to light up and turn cyan. A cutscene plays as players view Nata Onna's corpse fall from spikes.
 
Proceeding through the door after this cutscene, players enter the next room, and her weapon named the "Nata" can be found on the floor. However, attempting further progression triggers the spike "machine" to kill the player. To solve the page completely, players must complete the puzzles and press the red button found in one of the panels. The bacteria leads to a profile of a pale woman named Kanrinin no Yorishiro, which was created on April 4th, 2010. Interestingly, this date aligns with the day of the manager's suicide. This profile is defined by the text "Unknown," presented in both Japanese and English, set against a background featuring white hands. Upon clicking the profile picture, users are redirected to a GIF. This GIF portrays several woman dressed in wardrobe shaking their necks (Shinitai-onna), appearing and disappearing at random in a static background, along with a text that reads "死にたい," which translates to "I want to die."
 
===Mitsumeru-me eyes===
====Yukan no Shonen's puzzle, Mituqituqne.html, and redirection to Tobiras.html====
Clicking on the blue eye redirects to Eye.html. This page contains mysterious red text in multiple languages (Dutch, Japanese romaji, Finnish, and French) without translations. It includes Betties on the sides as descorations and a rapidly blinking red eye below the text. Clicking the eye takes the user to Nyanyanyanyahn.html, which features a YouTube video interface with fake buttons and a play icon resembling YouTube's. When attempting to play the video, Kuroageha flies through the video box, creating a hole. Clicking the hole leads to Iamonnenuohs.html, featuring a video with Yukan no Shonen instructing users to arrange ten hiragana characters into a sentence while he dances to the beat. Red hiragana symbols periodically appear with his head closely behind.
 
The puzzle progressively speeds up, displaying five hiragana characters consecutively and multiplying himself. Afterward, users must decipher a code with a hint on the page revealing four out of the ten hiragana characters. There's also an English edition button. To proceed, users should enter the hiragana characters "あなたのうしろにいる" (translating to "I'm behind you") in the bar below the video and click "answer." This answer reveals a door. Clicking the door triggers Dorodoro's jumpscare without causing player death, leading to another clickable door for progression to Onomureiminem.html. On this page, users will find thirteen rotating eyes in front of what appears to be barnacles, with a door in the center. Clicking on an eye pops it, but clicking the door before popping all the eyes results in a Futeki na Emi no Onna screamer. However, popping all the eyes reveals a hidden door. Clicking it redirects users to Mituqituqne.html.
 
After successfully clearing the previous stage, the player finds themselves on a page resembling the previous one. This time, they encounter eight greenish deformed heads known as Puchipuchi on a gray background. To progress, the player must act swiftly and click on the Puchipuchis to make them explode. Every five seconds, a deep voice utters "助けて" ("Tasukete," meaning "Help" in English), and the Puchipuchis will respawn. The player must eliminate them promptly, as they continue to reappear every five seconds. Once all the Puchipuchis are successfully destroyed, a door appears. Clicking on this door leads to Priclu.html, where two distorted faces with long black hair, large teeth, and twisted noses, named Oshirois, set against a rainbow background, with a door between them. Clicking the door for the first time causes a head to fall down the screen silently (similar to that one scene in [[The House]]). A second click on the door directs the player to Tobiras.html.
 
In this section, the player will encounter a door set against a background featuring rapid images. The player's objective is to click on this door, which will transport them to Tokonoma.html, as the only way to progress in the game. However, clicking the door may trigger random events, including an image of Purapura with an extremely loud beeping noise, a GIF of Konkon-san pounding on a red background, and a part from the last diary on Nikki.html revealing Mandoreiku with a startling scream.
====Tokonoma.html====
Tokonoma.html is a page resembling a traditional Japanese bedroom, accessible from Tobiras.html. It has unique interactions based on lighting conditions:
*With the lights on:
:*Decorative shelves and drawers are present but non-interactive.
:*Activate the light switch to change the page's appearance to a grainy, white backdrop, and Kageboshi makes an entrance. To avoid Kageboshi's attack, rapidly click the now-blackened switch within 2 seconds. If the player fails, they will be redirected to Topd.html.
*With the lights off:
:*You'll find a scroll painting of Nihonningyou, which is clickable and leads to Totptbpuiouiss.html.
:The fusuma doors can only be clicked when the lights are off, and clicking them will open the doors, guiding them to Gate.html.
:*There's an additional feature in this mode: clicking the left light switch reveals Kubi kushi swinging and eerie laughter, which can be stop by clicking the switch again.
 
In Gate.html, two grey doors designed with blinking eyes and a code pad are present. Entering the correct code (4527) unlocks the doors, revealing a clickable area leading to Shingallery.html. The next page displays a wall of flesh with crawling centipedes. Hovering the cursor over the door causes the flesh wall to move down. After two hovers, a TV spawns, redirecting to Ngayngujwai.html upon clicking. Hovering over the door a third time prompts a mild jumpscare from Abyss, who appears silently. Clicking the door afterward redirects to Tsrheiansguarlelery.html. It displays a piece of paper containing the color code for the door in Puzzledoor.html. Clicking it zooms in, and clicking again makes Abyss appear with a loud laugh.
 
In Totptbpuiouiss.html leads to a page that closely resembles Oiaaeptoiympe.html, with the key difference being that the door redirects to Pieyama.html instead of Akaitupne63gum.html. Players can reuse the same code to advance.
 
In Akaitupne63gum.html, the player is redirected to a similar page called Mituqituqne.html, where they must pop red Puchipuchi instead of green ones. Popping all the red Puchipuchi before they respawn redirects to Tn89alpnos6iop.html after a door spawns. Tn89alpnos6iop.html resembles the previous page but with a middle door that, when clicked, triggers a jumpscare from Mother Puchipuchi and confronted with a Jan Ken Pon fight. After each turn, the player takes 5HP damage from poison. Winning reveals a door. Clicking it leads to a pitch-black room with a jumpscare from Yukie, followed by a note displaying half of the eye code used in Hokora1.html, which can be clicked on.
====Heven.html====
In Heven.html, players encounter a challenging maze with very narrow spaces. A single misstep, where the cursor touches the black maze walls, changes the background into red and the player is forced to start again. Furthermore, even if the maze is successfully navigated, it culminates in a jumpscare by Namakubi no Onna.
 
====Eden.html====
Eden.html presents a pitch-black room featuring two weathered doors and a note. Interacting with the note reveals the text "どっちを選んても行き着く先は一緒," translating to "The place you can reach from either door is the same." Clicking on the the right door leads to Edeuenatseurre.html, while selecting left door directs players to Ederkauizraatbsouu.html.
 
Ederkauizraatbsouu.html challenges players in yet another maze, where precise cursor movement is required to navigate a narrow gray path successfully. A single contact with the black maze walls causes the maze to vanish, leaving only the door visible. Clicking the door post-maze failure results in a screamer from Elusive. Attempting to cheat by clicking the door before the maze fully loads leads to a jumpscare by Eris. However, successfully completing the maze without cheating and clicking the door grants access to the next page Paradisky.html.
 
In Edeuenatseurre.html, players encounter eight treasure chests. Clicking on an incorrect chest prompts Psychedelic to jumpscare the player. If the player mistakenly selects the incorrect chests three times, it results in a game over. However, discovering the correct chest rewards the player with the Treasure Key, enabling access through a door to Paradisky.html.
 
Paradisky.html, the destination from both Ederkauizraatbsouu.html and Edeuenatseurre.html, presents players with two clickable doors, each leading to separate content within the page. The right door displays Doemon seated within a large cabinet or closet. After a brief second, Ima Socchi jumpscare the player with a loud laugh and redirects the player back to the main page. Selecting the left door reveals a close-up view, and further interaction redirects to a cabinet containing a piece of paper at the bottom. In an alternate version of this event, if Yukatan is absent, Mimi will guide the user to drop a coin into the donation box upon encountering a white paper with unique letters. If the user tries this again and receives a black paper, the screen darkens, followed by a slideshow of screamers through <code>Fire.html</code>.

However, waiting triggers a cutscene where repeated clicking is necessary; failure leads to the screamers from <code>Pdaieolyaam.html</code>, while success results in her defeat.
