The Hypnotic Experiment was a screamer video uploaded onto YouTube by VenerableDread on November 11th, 2006.
The video begins with instructions asking the viewer to focus on the center of a moving spiral and listen to the voice at high volume to make it work correctly. However, as the video approaches 35 seconds, a picture of an eye suddenly appears with a loud scream. This is followed by the message "Did I scare you? If so, you have been pranked, AGAIN! MWAHAHAHAHA".
The video has since been removed since VenerableDread's channel has been terminated, but was eventually reuploaded by LetycjuszS on March 11th, 2025.
