Главный прикол века (translated to The main joke of the century) is a screamer created and uploaded onto YouTube by a user Anu Kirhtthenn on November 3rd, 2014.

The video consists of very poor-quality footage of a door and some people, having a white color palette, accompanied by ambient music. After approximately a minute into the video, a montage of zooming-in screamer faces (including those from SCP-450) abruptly interrupts the footage, accompanied by the scream from The Maze playing several times before the video ends. They include:

• Ahenobarbus Henocied.
• The What's Wrong face.
• Both versions of Smile Dog.
• Samara Morgan.
• El Ayuwoki.
• Jeff The Killer.
• The Tic-Tac-Toe zombie.
• A black-and-white image of Gunther Twinbunt from the 1981 slasher film The Funhouse.
• A close-up of a man's face with white paint on his face, taken from a self portrait challenge by mrnelson.smugmug.com.
• Katie Embry.
• Pazuzu.
• A close-up image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist.
• The Fatal Frame ghost.
• A sad-looking girl with pitch-black eyes and a melting mouth.
• Method Man with a cookie-cutter shark's mouth, taken from one of the covers of the album Tical 2000: Judgement Day.
• The Sajjad Ali banshee.

It is unknown how this video is related to its title, if the title is indeed actually relevant and not just nonsense.
