Saddam Hussein Execution was a 16-second long screamer video uploaded to YouTube by the now-deleted channel VenerableDread on December 30, 2006. The video was meant to trick people into thinking it contained the execution footage of former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein, who was executed by hanging on the same day this screamer was uploaded.
The video begins with red text on a black background that reads "Saddam Hussein Execution Video! Actual Footage Of The Bastard Getting Hung! Watch It! By VenerableDread" in all caps. The text is displayed for nine seconds and then fades away. Immediately after the text vanishes, a loud high-pitched shriek starts playing while a large number of screamer images quickly flash on the screen, including:
- A red-tinted Pennywise image.
- A skull with a mummy's body and dirty teeth.
- The What's Wrong face.
- A close-up image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist.
- Normal and inverted versions of a dark hooded figure.
- A black-and-white image of Scabeiathrax the Bloated from Warhammer 40,000.
- An inverted image of a skull with piercing eyes and sharp teeth.
- A medical photograph of a severely injured face.
