Hey Arnold Subliminal Message Laughing Grandpa is a screamer video by a user likekurdtcobain on October 30, 2006.
The video features a still image of Phillip "Phil" Shortman (Arnold's grandfather) from the 1996-2004 Nickelodeon series Hey Arnold!, accompanied by a looping sound clip of someone impersonating his iconic laughter. The audio is manipulated throughout the video, slowing down and deepening the laughter to reveal a supposed subliminal message.
