Scary Pop Up Turn Up The Volume is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by randy123404 on August 4th, 2010. The words in the title: "Scary Pop up" already give it away that it's a screamer.
The video shows an image of a forest with very soft flute music. It takes about 15 seconds for a picture of Kayako Saeki to appear, accompanied by a looping audio of a loud scream, interrupting the peace abruptly. The screen returns back to the picture with pure silence. However, the viewer is not prepared for another screamer, which is a close-up image of Regan MacNeil with the same scream.
