Televisión Nacional de Chile (TVN) is a state-owned broadcasting service in Chile that delivers public service announcements and broadcasts them through television. One of their advertisements, a 43-second video, features a screamer that catches viewers off guard. Unfortunately, the exact date of creation for this advertisement is unknown.

The video begins with a bright red screen, and the TVN logo is displayed at the top right corner of the screen. Suddenly, the screen fades, revealing an empty and desolate hallway. Judging from its appearance, it seems like it could be a garage or an abandoned building. The camera then starts to blur, obscuring the image of the hallway. As the camera clears up, a mysterious man holding an umbrella appears in the distance. The camera then blurs again, repeating this process three more times, with the man getting closer each time.

Finally, after the third blur, the screen suddenly cuts back to the bright red screen. However, four seconds later, the character Diana from the 2013 supernatural horror short film Lights Out pops up on the screen, accompanied by a sharp and startling scare chord. The effect is meant to surprise viewers and provoke a sudden reaction, thus raising awareness for whatever public service announcement TVN intended to communicate through this advertisement.
