The video itself is just a compilation of the South Park character, Elvin Cartman's best moments in the show (judging by the title of the video). Near the end of the video, Elvin is crying because he ran out of Fudgsicles. Eric tries to make him stop crying, so Eric whacks Elvin in the head with a stick.
