Arthur.exe is a screamer video based on the long-running PBS Kids series Arthur. It was uploaded to YouTube by CrashFan96 (formerly Atarster) on October 2, 2014.
The video begins with a suspiciously quiet version of the regular Arthur theme song (Believe in Yourself).
