Ghost Footage was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by VenerableDread on November 5th, 2006.
The video starts with some text prompting the viewer to find something wrong with a low-quality image of a graveyard. The message is “This is some footage in a graveyard. However, something seems wrong. Very wrong. Watch closely”. It then displays the image. 13 seconds into the video, a red-filtered picture of Pennywise from the IT franchise appears along with a loud scream.
