Real Ghost in my Aunts House is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by symphonia09 on June 4th, 2008.
The video starts with a camera panning through a house, but abruptly cuts off after a hooded figure appears. The text "Have u seen it? if not, here's the slo-mo" appears, followed by slow-motion playback with distorted audio. At 39 seconds, an image of Pazuzu from The Exorcist suddenly appears accompanied by a loud female scream from the 1981 horror film Inseminoid (which would later famously be used in the first Five Nights at Freddy's game.)
