The origins of this video are unknown, but the oldest known copy was uploaded to YouTube in 2015 by the user Garry's mod [Morpexit]. It is an edit of the video "Cant sleep, clown will eat me" from June 16, 2007, by Frogz.
The video involves a realistic Bart Simpson saying "Can't sleep, clown will eat me" repeatedly from The Simpsons episode "Lisa's First Word" (Season 4). However, at the 17th-second mark, a flurry of screamer faces suddenly appears, flashing red. They include:
- A woman with a burnt face, gray hair, and blank-white eyes.
- Regan MacNeil with Pazuzu's face.
- An image of the life-sized Halloween decoration Dr. Shivers.
