Fliqpy.exe is a screamer video made by Joey Sikk on May 1, 2015. It's based on the popular adult animated web series Happy Tree Friends, which has gained a humongous online presence over the past few years. It gets its name from the evil counterpart of Flippy, a bear that appears in the previously mentioned show.
The 14-second long video starts with the typical Happy Tree Friends intro.
