Creatures Pre-Roll is an anti-smoking ad made by The Real Cost on July 15th, 2015.
The ad starts with a dark setting and an animated cigarette box shaking. When the video reaches 4 seconds, a large monstrous red spider-like creature jumps out from the box of cigarettes, roaring and repeatedly hitting the screen. Some text appears: "If cigarettes looked as dangerous as they are, you'd #runlikehell". The monster is still roaring and bashing at the camera in the background.
