The game itself begins with the menu featuring a cute drawing of Foxy holding a pumpkin while wearing a witch hat along with a Play and More Games button. once Play is clicked, the game begins, the game features three levels and players must move through the maze without touching the walls. The levels feature various drawings which are, level 1 is the same as the menu, level 2 features Bonnie scaring Freddy with his ghost costume while Freddy can be seen crying, and Level 3 which contains a screamer, which features the head of Balloon Boy. Upon completing the third level, an animated screamer which features Balloon Boy rushing towards the screen along with a loud, echo scream (which is used in some games by Chibixi) which is later followed by a looping sound of a boy's laughter (not Balloon Boy's laughter but with a different one). After a few seconds, a dialog box appears in a static background (with the screamer being visable) which shows a timer that tracks how much the player has played and a replay button for players to experience the screamer again. There is also text that can been seen at bottom which tells players to comment the pharse "I love BB!" in the comments of the DeviantArt post.
