M a r i o is a screamer video created and uploaded onto YouTube by a user SkyBlueCat on January 10, 2021, the video disguises as a normal gameplay video of someone playing Super Mario Bros. on an 8-bit third-generation home video game console known as NES (Nintendo Entertainment System).
Mario (stylized as "M a r i o") was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by SkyBlueCatM.

The video starts out with normal gameplay of Super Mario Bros, of someone playing it on the NES console, after a short period of time, the viewer started to notice some eerie texts secretly flashing on the screen, it first appeared at 0:30 second mark, it reads: "D e a t h", the second and the third texts appeared at 0:32 and 0:34, it reads: "f e a r", and the second text states: "k e e p, g o i n g, y o u, w i l l, s e e, d e a t h...", now after all of the texts appears on the screen.
Description
This gameplay footage of 1985 NES game Super Mario Bros. at first presents standard Mario gameplay, yet it quickly evolves into something far more unsettling from what we know.

The gameplay will still progress until the video reaches at 0:39 second mark, as soon as Mario jumps on the question block, the gameplay freezes, but suddenly, the screen cuts into an edited picture of an eyeless figure with a wide mouth, along with extremely loud corrupted noises, before cutting out to a VHS overlay.
While the video resemble a typical playthrough at first glance, the screen suddenly flickers to black, revealing obscure, red text that flashes every few seconds. These messages try to foreshadow Mario’s end through words like "Death" (0:32) and "Fear" (0:34), and a direct warning: "Keep going, you will see death."

After the VHS overlay, this leads back to the start menu, when the player selects, they are redirected to a very, strange level that contains nothing, the Mario is only visible, with no music playing, after a few seconds, where Mario gets crushed, an edited picture of Boxxy with empty eye sockets appears and immediately zooms in, along with an extremely loud noise, before ending the video with a text: "I hate you".
Eventually, the glitch acts on its own and pauses the game as Mario jumps on a question block, mimicking a technical failure; however, this proves to be far from the truth. An image from the MARIO creepypasta pops up, accompanied by overlapping white noise from the Solaris.exe malware.

There is another sequel to this screamer, called "C o m e o v e r h e r e", the video starts with a VHS overlay from the previous video, after a few seconds, the yellow text appears stating: "C o m e o v e r h e r e" while a soundtrack from The Town with no name plays throughout the video until it gets interrupted by an image of Jeff the Killer along with no scream, the screen cuts into the gameplay of Super Mario Bros. 2, in which Mario is on the strange level when the player keeps running, there are some leaves that make up a text: "H E L L",

There is an entry that leads to another level, the player can go down or go up when the player goes down, there is a gravel-looking thingy that blocks the entryway when the player goes up, there is a boxing glove when the player equips it, the static appears on the screen for a few second, and the player goes down and removes the gravel, after removing them, the player has encountered a weird-figure of Peach with a long neck, eating Luigi's corpse, the more Mario progressively gets close, the more the distortion the video gets, when the player is near, will lead to a static screen again, before cutting to a Japanese text stating "起きている" - (Translates to "a w a k e").

Mario (stylized as "M a r i o") was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by SkyBlueCatM.

Description

This gameplay footage of 1985 NES game Super Mario Bros. at first presents standard Mario gameplay, yet it quickly evolves into something far more unsettling from what we know.

Eventually, the glitch acts on its own and pauses the game as Mario jumps on a question block, mimicking a technical failure; however, this proves to be far from the truth. An image from the MARIO creepypasta pops up, accompanied by overlapping white noise from the Solaris.exe malware.

Super Mario World

Later on, the footage shifts to Super Mario World, yet the gameplay is actually the second half of Nintendo.exe.[1] Here, Mario reaches a seemingly empty terrain level that features nothing but messages formed by blocks, such as "HELP."

In the long run, Mario reaches a door which is a trap to an even emptier void; no sounds break the silence, and no signs of life appear, leaving only Mario to illuminate the space. Unexpectedly, Mario gets crushed by the walls between him and Boxxy from Zalgo Roll'd appears, accompanied by a fast zooming effect and jumpscare sound from Five Nights at Freddy's 3. The screen fades to a message: "I hate you." and an 8-bit laughing soundbite from Sonic.exe.

Come Over Here

The "HELL" message from MARIO.

The sequel to MARIO was a follow-up to the aftermath from the first video. The footage refrains from diving directly into gameplay; instead, it begins with a title screen where a VHS effect overlays the yellow text "Come Over Here," accompanied by Intro 1 of MS-DOS video game The Town with No Name.

After this screen, the recording finally transitions to gameplay from the creepypasta version Super Mario Bros 2.exe by AWEI. Mario navigates a strange level and encounters leaf formations that spell the word "HELL," leading to a fork in the path.[2]

Choosing the downward route reveals a gravel-like blockage that, once removed, reveals a horrifying encounter of grotesque Princess Peach consuming the corpse of Luigi. Conversely, the upward path provides a boxing glove that triggers screen static and destroys the blockage.[3]

However, Mario does not eventually reach the long neck Peach, the video instead abruptly cuts in distortion before displaying the Japanese text "起きている" ("awake") and ends with a silent image of Jeff the Killer for a split second.
