out.ihang.org was an alleged shock site sometime created in 2007. Due to poor archiving, it is not known what the site's content was. It is assumed to be a part of the Ouch My Eyes! shock site network[1].
However, it is commonly assumed to be another shock image which went by a similar name; which was known as Hanging Around. The GIF was hosted on Gfycat and featured a man hanging by his testicles connected to a knot on a roof while spinning. Newer versions in April 2008 redirected to walmartfun.com (established in 2008), which allegedly had a video of a man masturbating in a Walmart publicly while exposing himself indecently to others). The website was later parked in mid-2009.
