Baldi's Basics Trap Out of Control is an unofficial sequel to the puzzle horror game Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning, having the same gameplay as the previous game.
However, it is not considered a horror game, unlike its official game. Here, when the player gets the first question wrong, instead of Baldi going after them with a ruler, he is simply killed by someone. Once Baldi is murdered, the player will be free to pick up all the notebooks in the game, having the same characters that will slow the player down when searching for the notebooks, removing the part about being chased by Baldi. The game officially has two endings, one containing a screamer.
