The man is seen lying on the ground with his arms and legs tied up with what appears to be plastic wire, while hooked up to an [https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/002383.htm IV] which is pumping his blood with drugs to keep him alive longer while the cartel members torture him. This man has his hands chopped off with a knife, his face skinned and cut off, and his eyes gouged out while he lays in a pool of blood and screams and gurgles in pain.
