In general, the video asks its viewers to look closer at SpongeBob's dentures to which he chastises the viewer for assuming that a [[screamer]] would appear. However, sticking true to its title, a [[screamer]] does play at the end to which it is the same one from "[[Large Mysterious Fish Eats a Duck]]." The scream sound effect used in the video is the same as the ones within the [[K-fee commercials]].
