The PSA starts with a message displayed: "In 1989, one tobacco company called the threat of an acute deficiency of young adult smokers the "doomsday scenario." However, the scream was heard at 0:04. A zombie nurse slid open with other zombies in the sky background, accompanied by the same scream from the video game Slendytubbies, and a text stating "#voteDOOMSDAY" appeared at the end of the video.
