The plot of the game is explained in the first screen of the game before having to start the game, the Kitty Kat was kidnapped by the Professor for unknown reasons, and the ransom was only for Felix's magic bag, then, Felix goes on an adventure to rescue his girlfriend.
The objective of the game is to rescue Kitty Kat, who has been abducted by the professor, by returning his magical bag. It is a straightforward experience featuring no boss fights and a streamlined selection of just 12 levels from the original game. While the soundtrack consists of familiar tracks, the songs now play in a randomized order.

The game features the simple set of mechanics and has no bosses at all, it contains a small quantity of levels from the original, there are 12 levels in total, the game includes the same playlist with songs but played at random.
The gameplay features a chilling mandatory death sequence required to access the Continue screen. This screen presents two options: "да" to resume playing, or "нет", which triggers a disturbing game over screen. Selecting "нет" displays an unsettling image of Felix the Cat with a torn face and exposed skull, accompanied by the game over theme from ''Uwol: Quest for Money''. After a few seconds, the game automatically returns to the main menu. The graphic itself stems from a Dozign T-shirt design titled "Felix the Cat Unmasked" and later inspired SilvaGunner's infamous [[video]], [[Puzzle Room - Kirby: Planet Robobot]].

Felix the Cat (Sega Mega Drive) is an unauthorized port of the NES game of the same name, which is a game based on the classic cartoon character Felix the Cat. This game was created in Russia, and the developer who made it is BMB (who made various other bootleg games with the same game engine) and published by Kudos. The game itself features a disturbing image of Felix as a screamer image. It can be considered "screaming."

The gameplay features a chilling mandatory death sequence required to access the Continue screen. This screen presents two options: "да" to resume playing, or "нет", which triggers a disturbing game over screen. Selecting "нет" displays an unsettling image of Felix the Cat with a torn face and exposed skull, accompanied by the game over theme from Uwol: Quest for Money. After a few seconds, the game automatically returns to the main menu. The graphic itself stems from a Dozign T-shirt design titled "Felix the Cat Unmasked" and later inspired SilvaGunner's infamous video, Puzzle Room - Kirby: Planet Robobot.
