1 Girl 99 Stomps is a shock video that was caught on CCTV in 2004.
It starts with security footage of a 15-year-old girl in Saint Petersburg, Russia, where she was supposedly living at Vedeneeva Apartments.[1] At one point in the video, she gets attacked and brutally mugged outside an elevator by a man named Dmitry Chernikov, a drug addict and thief. Chernikov is seen running towards the girl, and after mugging her, he stomps on her head repeatedly. The girl, unfortunately, passes away due to the trauma suffered from the attacks. He then drags her body into the elevator.[1]
The latest source about this case states Chernikov is in prison. Details about the girl such as her name are unknown. The video itself did not receive much circulation as it was from Russia, and conversion software as well as YouTube did not exist at the time.
The video itself was located on a subpage called monstr.html. However, the entire site went down, along with this video.
