Unlike other "Find the difference" screamers, the images here do actually have some differences. However, contrary to what the text at the beginning said, there are 4 differences, not 5.
The player spawns on the rooftop of a random, apartment-style building in the dead of night. A static radio transmission, a roof hatch, and nothing but the eerie, deafening sound of wind.
