amigos tontos (idiot friends) is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by "panterAzull" on October 26, 2009. The video has almost 2.5 million views.
The video shows a montage of various images depicting SpongeBob and Patrick with a Spanish-dubbed version of the entire song called Idiot Friends (which is taken from the SpongeBob SquarePants season 5 episode "Pest of the West") playing in the background (hence the name). However, after the montage and the credits at the end, the screen irises in to a picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist along with a high-pitched, loud scream.
