The comic stars two characters from the ''Sonic the Hedgehog'' video game franchise: Tails, as well as Cream, in addition to an unnamed original character based on the franchise, the last two of which appear as infants. In the comic, Tails rests on a bench while watching the other characters play in a sandbox together; Later on, he begins to sexually penetrate into the other characters, both of which are naked, and forces them to defecate into each other's mouths before they consume the aftermath. At the end of the comic, Tails returns the unnamed OC to their mother, before walking back with Cream as the former abruptly farts.

Due to the comic's particularly repulsive content, it has become a viral internet meme, most notably in [[4chan]], leading to users frequently posting its first image as a forum weapon, typically in reference to Tails' pose, which is commonly described as insinuating malice. This part of the image has also appeared in several edits of other images.
