Gusomilk was a Japanese extreme fetish and adult video series. Gusomilk has been a major subject or influence towards, numerous Japanese shock sites.

Background

The series stays within five DVD volumes from around 2005. Studio SOD distributed the series under its umbrella by crediting a director named Yoshino Ganja. It features Asakura Miruku as the main character. This happened due to her stage name Miruku being the Japanese phonetic spelling regarding "Milk." Also, Guso stands as a variation concerning the Japanese word kuso (糞), which translates into feces or excrement. Aside from Miruku, she performs alongside four other actresses: Tsutsumi Yuu, Reina Kondō (not for confusion with voice actress Reina Kondo), Anzai Emiri, and Takano Ayumi.

Tubgirl was a shock image featuring a close-up view of a woman held up by her legs in an upside-down position, launching a fountain containing orange-colored liquid diarrhea from inside her anus down onto her own face at a close-up camera view. The origin for the photograph remains ambiguous. However, the censorship blur over the woman’s genitals suggests a Japanese source behind the shot, consistent with its appearance on Rotten.com within a post titled Feco Japanese I Really Think So. While that post dates back to December 12th, 2000, sites like ShockChan suggest the image may have originated on another shock site, Stile Project, during the following year.

Cheesypeas.net

Cheesypeas.net is a shock site created by LOLShock. The video opens with a girl lying on a piece of cardboard while a second actress holds a black dog. The dog appears to vomit peas into the girl's mouth, and the girl subsequently throws them back up. In the following scene, a third actress reaches down the girl’s throat to induce further vomiting. At the 0:34 mark, text appears on screen asking, "Eye Bleach?"

Milk Fountain

Milk Fountain features image of eight Japanese women ejecting a milk-like substance from their anuses onto another woman, based on the "fountain" effect created by the liquid. A description from LOLShock suggests the image was a screen capture from Gusomilk (LOLShock didn't tell which one of Gusomilk).

Eel Soup

Eel Soup was a shock site for the re-edited version of the first Gusomilk. It depicts two Japanese girls; one girl inserts a funnel into the other’s anus and proceeds to pour dozens of live eels into it, ensuring they all enter her body. Once all the eels are inside, she expels them all at once.

Octopus Girl

Octopus Girl was another shock video similar to Eel Soup. It begins with a girl attempting to force her own squelchy, vaginal muscles to remove an unresponsive, octopus inside her. Another woman, brings out a container as soon as the octopus is fully out and place it there.

Ilovethefishes

The video from the website Ilovethefishes.com depicts of a woman with small fish (likely a type of eel) as she slides them to the inside of her body. After a moment, she strains with her muscles and "blasts" the fish out from the screen (In this case, a similar act performed from Blink-182.com).

The audio of the title of Juicy! was taken from the episode of two from the 2007 Japanese talk show of Tiny Chicken Machine Show. The jingle was by the character of Kiko (played by Kim Evey) along with the phrase of the site: "I love the fishes, cuz they're so delicious."

The video raised questions about the safety of the use of live eels in such a manner. While eels are not typically of a poisonous nature through contact of the skin, they can carry with them bacteria for the cause of swelling of pain. Furthermore, the video questioned with regard to whether the production was in violation of the law of Japan against cruelty toward animals.

PhoneJapan.com depicts a Japanese woman actively vomiting onto another woman who lies beneath her, already coated in vomit and feces. As the first woman heaves, the song Turning Japanese by The Vapors sings along the lyrics: "I’m turning Japanese, I think I’m turning Japanese."

Waifu Basics

Waifu Basics is a shock video released under the production code and title [PTJ-005] Aoi Yuuki – Gero Monster Home Delivery (2012). During the video, a Japanese actress named Aoi Yuuki walks up to an apartment door to introduce her friend, Hiro. She speaks to him about cooking noodles for them both; however, as soon as the meal is "ready to eat", she vomits into the food bowl. The two eventually engage and perform in scatological acts together. The video was often shared across the 5channel imageboard.

Gusomilk 1

A man enters a room with three young women where another woman lies upon a bed. The three among the women take turns defecating onto her face and across her chest, afterward rubbing the waste over her body and around her face. The man in the corner then suggests milk enemas to the three women, under whom the girl lies, to expel the liquid onto her simultaneously.

In the next scene within the film, a woman with her hair in pigtails licks along and penetrates through another woman’s anus with her tongue. She then uses a cottage cheese enema via tube, which the other woman expels into the pigtailed performer's hands above the floor. Following this, she inserts several small, hard-boiled eggs into the woman’s rectum, which then exit from within.

The pigtailed performer proceeds with a raw egg enema; once expelled into her mouth, she spits the raw eggs back into the other woman’s mouth during a kiss. Through a funnel, she then stuffs several small, live eels into the woman’s anus, which are forcefully expelled across the bed. The pigtailed woman places one eel in her mouth and eats it.

Afterward, the woman squats above the other to expel soft waste into her hands; they smear it on one another and kiss with passion. In a separate scene near the end, the same pigtailed performer fists a man’s anus before defecating upon his face. Finally, in another room past the hall, she lies on the floor and is penetrated by a man while several other women take turns expelling enemas and defecating onto her. This group includes the woman from the previous scene, as a few remaining eels exit during the process.

Gusomilk 2

A performer climbs toward the glass tabletop to produce a movement from within her body. After the act, she reaches down with her hands for the waste and shoves it into her mouth past her lips. Next to the table, she lies down under a clear acrylic box below other people's feet.

Behind her, eleven women stand in a line with their hands upon their stomachs, waiting for their turn at the box. Laxatives cause the waste to fall through the air in a messy way. Upon the start, the first woman splatters diarrhea over the seat and onto the girl’s face.

Between the start and the finish, many more expulsions follow until the woman is lying inside a fecal pile. She reaches into the pile for a handful, smears it across her skin, and eats from it; then, she goes out into the streets in a white top under the sun. Among the surrounding people, she plays with the waste near her face. In another scene, a girl goes on the table, plays with it, and chews.

Gusomilk 3

Next, a performer engages in oral sex with a partner before she voids liquid diarrhea into his cupped hands. He smears the excrement over her body, after which she performs oral sex on his soiled genitals.

The scene continues with intercourse involving 'snowballing' (the oral exchange of waste) before he concludes by ejaculating on her face. The following segment features a lesbian scene involving urophilia (a term for "urine" fetish) and enemas again; one performer urinated into a bowl, which was then administered as an enema to the other, who expelled the fluid into her partner's mouth. This cuts back into coprophilia, where they exchange solid waste orally and smear it on one another.

The scene ends with the use of a large, double-headed dildo coated in excrement, which they use together while continuing to spread the waste. In the final sequence, one performer defecates onto the dildo while it is still inserted vaginally."

The Absurdity of Japanese Pornography

Japanese pornography occupies a similar, cultural space compared to hentai, as it is often framed as a controlled habit for exploring "depraved" desires within a fantasy-like environment across the nation (e.g Lolicon). While some argue this serves as a coping mechanism for viewers similar to the way regular porn does, significant debate exists concerning whether such public consumption is truly legal under law.

Domestic Japanese adult content remains (no doubt) strictly regulated by authorities; most notably, depictions of penises are commonly censored, blurred or edited out of the frame. To avoid these restrictions, some productions reach toward non-penetrative or extreme "bizarre" kinks beyond the norm, including scatology and emetophilia. Far from being underground industry, these niches remain surprisingly commercialized within the market and can often be found inside adult sections of mainstream video stores beside other films. One theory suggests Japan’s strict drug laws, particularly against marijuana use, lead people toward seeking "alternative" highs through extreme pornographic habits over time (e.g from softcore to Guro hentais). Much imagery remains rooted within the Ero Guro art movement from during the 1920s and 30s.

The actors in this industry remains questionable. While some performers enter the field by choice, many actresses are reportedly trauma survivors or come from broken homes. More disturbingly, numerous reports concern performers being forced around by bosses, bullied into acts, or drugged before participating in extreme acts for the camera. Legal action is quite rare among courts, but notable exceptions exists such as the arrest of production company Bakky Visual Planning (バッキービジュアルプランニング) for filming videos of sexual assault and torture of drugged women (such as waterboarding them for over 10 hours, burning their skin off, and forced drinking until they blackout) and selling them as DVDs for profit. Kuriyama, the director of BVP, was sentenced to 18 years in prison and eventually released on parole in March 2025.
