master chief's face was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by an unknown user on an unknown date. It was first mentioned on Reddit by u/KamikazePelican.

The video supposedly started with a static image of Master Chief from the Halo video game franchise, and after a couple of seconds, an undefined screamer image appeared, accompanied by a loud screaming noise.

The only trace of the video's existence is a screenshot of a Google search preview of a closed website, thestoryofpi.com, specifically from a subpage named hidden-jumpscare-links that mentioned the screamer video.

No archives or mentions of thestoryofpi.com seem to be anywhere online besides the screenshot that was linked on the reddit post about the video.

KarateGuy5361 version

A variation of the screamer was uploaded to YouTube by user "KarateGuy5361" on the 27th of August 2008. The video starts with a title card reading: "I actually found Chiefs face! Well really just an outline but u can still see it look closely. [sic]" Then, it switches to a low-quality image of Master Chief's head, and the video zooms into the top-right corner of it. At the eight-second mark, a hand-drawn image of a man's head in an evil clown makeup appears with a high-pitched screech. Finally, as the video cuts to pitch black, a voice clip of a Mortal Kombat announcer saying "fatality" is played.

As of today, this is the only known screamer video belonging to this category on YouTube. It is unknown whether this is the video u/KamikazePelican had attempted to locate.
